It doesn't seem to be working for me. Am I just unlucky? :(
I am still experiencing the problem(s) after following both steps, namely that my avatar refuses to update at all or show my virus (which has now progressed to stage 2 via the healer but hasnt shown onsite at all otherwise yet)
