Tbh you guys teasing users is one of my favorite things about Subeta, and it made me feel so much more comfortable when I was first starting out. ♥ Omg, I remember last year when I remembered having an account here and was first coming back to it, I think the first free gift I got was the "I Love Horses Sticker" and that pretty much set the tone for my Subeta experience. ;)

Echoing the statements above, I think that the staff joining in on the fun and joking with users is cool. :) I mean, if I made a petsite, I'd be really bummed if I was then shunned by the users and wasn't allowed to enjoy my own site. Being the secret holder and getting to tease others with that is fun, and as a user, I've never had a problem with staff joking around unless like Luck said something serious is going on? I've never seen staff on subeta handling serious issues in an unprofessional way, whereas I HAVE seen that on other sites.

For what it's worth, I often wish I could find the balance between "clearly has a great sense of humor" and "still keeping it professional" that you SOMEHOW ALWAYS MANAGE TO HAVE.

Along with everyone else, your posts also make me happy, not least in part because I am not able to handle customer service flak with the kind of humor that also says "I get where you're coming from".

I mean, I could say "I wanna grow up to be like Amber" but that would just be kinda weird. If a little bit true. <_<

The joking is the best part. Also the fact that legit nobody seems to know whether it's a joke or not, lmao.

I'm sorry if I've been complaining too much (I do it a lot, it helps to vent), all I want is to still be online when Survival does start so I can get a virus right away (Even if I do have to go looking for bites too), and that can be hard when I live in a time zone where it starts after 11PM for me. It doesn't help that I can get anxiety over anticipation, and spend ages obsessively checking places for new content.

thanks for telling us yesterday that Survival wouldn't be starting yet, and then clarifying that you were telling the truth. It did help to ease some of the worries I had about missing the beginning of it due to needing to sleep, and thanks for mentioning the directory thing too, that will probably help me to know when I do need to stay up for it.

(Also, I wondered if we would get a Token Shop restock last night instead and I got a bit worried about missing that in case there was a Graveyard potion because I'm trying to get achievements for having certain pet colours, but there wasn't so it's fine but I'll try to catch it next time in case it's there then).
