Yeah - part of it was traffic and then a huge chunk was just that the place we were going up to see is basically a long, winding, 2 lane road along the coast (and on cliffs). It was pretty and we stopped a lot, but those kinds of roads give me anxiety.

Coffee is a gift. So is sleep. We deserve to be gifted both often. And also chocolate.

So today we took my glasses to a local (high quality) shop and had the adjustments done there. We were done in 10 minutes. THen went to America's best for the two other pairs. But they had a problem locating the glasses... don't go there... it was an hour before we got that sorted. Now I have three pairs of glasses. Two with transitions and progressives and one with distance only.

I'm glad they're all sorted out, though I can imagine it was frustrating trying to get them to locate your glasses at America's best =/ At least it's done now and they're all good. Hopefully no more allergic reactions!

It's going well. I had a little nap and soon I'll shower and then start prepping dinner for tonight :) I made the dessert yesterday (I wanted chocolate chip cheesecake) :)

yeah lol they wound up reordering the lenses on one pair but didn't write it down well so the frames had the old rx in them and the lenses were with my second pair... o.- I don't even want to know what the heck happened. I'm glad we got it sorted though. The WArby Parker pair has a very small amount of blur on the side compared to my old ones so I'm pleased with that. But there's been no sun yet to test the traditions. the AB lady did test the transitions on my pair there and they were great. Now I have an option if i'm feeling i want a different colour. thanks lol I hope no reactions either.
