For this I went with a "Sakura-Kitsune Spirit" Private Outfit

So one reason why I chose this theme is because of this string of lyrics. "And you're a cherry blossom You're about to bloom You look so pretty, but you're gone so soon"

There are many stories surrounding cherry blossoms and spirits, so I kinda incorporated a bit of that.

The other element is that I wanted to base this loosely on a myth-type of theme. The reason for that is because, we as "humans" know that we won't last long, but we also know because of it, we must make an impact and be remembered. If we are lucky, maybe we will become a "legend" for centuries.

i love the KD lang version, she has such a pretty voice... but this is my favourite because it's the only one other than a live recording of the original that has my favourite verse in it. ("and even though it all went wrong i'll stand before the lord of song with nothing on my tongue but hallelujah") everyone seems to skip that one in their versions, and it's the most powerful verse imo.

what's interesting is that Leonard Cohen had numerous verses and changed the lyrics often. In the contemporary museum we got to sing or hum and it would vibrate the structure we were in and the more that joined in the more it vibrated... very popular song listened to very often all over the world yet so many versions since he kept adding new verses.
