ok cool I always like to try something new although I like my steak plain I usually don't use anything but a little pepper and just a smidgen of salt 6min each side for a perfect med rare steak time also depends on thickness of said steak I usually go to the butcher and have them cut my steaks three quarters inch thick

of course I will try something new my favorite past time is cooking I usually cook on the grill at least twice or more each week I love to cook on the grill and I only use charcoal and no lighter fluid never oh and I use Kingsford and some wood chunks for a smokey flavor I will hickory mesquite or oak and some cherry or apple depends on the meat I am cooking my favorite thing to do is smoke a brisket for 12 or 13 hours they r so tender and scrumptious it melts in your mouth damn I want to start the grill now but it's already dinner time so I will do it tomorrow some time
