Dean is tough because scrolls are disabled. Are you using an energized helmet to freeze? I don’t see that the bone grinder has freezing on it. I think he’s too hard for T9 as no good weapon options for him a really coming to mind, especially without the use of scrolls. Maybe the aerial assault jetpack and omen key club could get you wins, but just winning BQs against him is not worth the price

am not using scrolls at the moment, still figuring out how they work. I think Helt has 2 alchemy points so far? I have read him 18 Books.. and yeah, painted him.. :) Made Qnobi as well.. he is gonna be painted Galactic. Looking at doing the crystal thingy tomorrow?

oh yes intel is very important so you could use scrolls. Scrolls will help you a lot in battling and cover the gaps in your weapon defenses. Yes tomorrow is the galactic start day!

It's not random, you get 1 alchemy point for every 16 points of intelligence your pet gains.

haha, and yes, we are loving it here! Thanks.. just bought a heap more books! Just used my Scroll for the 1st time and also spent most of my EXP Points..! That is so cool.. didn't realize you could do that..but was just reading that it is better to do it while Helt is new (or as we go)

His DEF is way ahead of everything else (as didn't realize when using auto training for the first time) Will even up his others, then train Manually.. as advised:)

Good to keep reading those cheap books to your pet! Unlike weapons, scrolls are not tier based so you can equip the best scrolls to your pet as long as you have enough AP. Only books give AP as well. If you use intel boosters for 32 points of intel, you won't get the 2 AP until you read a book.

Yeah training is super quick before you hit around 500 levels. Always train level last if you can avoid it. It increases the training time. Boosters are always good to save for when training takes a long time, if there is an event challenger you want to beat, or your pet is T13 when training experience triples in price

I wish the intel boosters gave you AP...the majority of books Haneul hasn't read are the really expensive ones. Though, there are a few in the 100ks

I don't have my helmet yet, so I was freezing with the Deluxe Death Shard. (I suppose the Scientist Specs would be a slight improvement; I've picked them up.) Thanks for the advice—I'll wait.

Iltallo raises the crystals into the air over Qnobi and a light engulfs the entire surrounding area! When the light fades, you notice that Qnobi is now Galactic! Yay :)

To keep on Topic, I am now training Manually.. have found The Wizard, so have started doing Quests (which means saving hard for Weapons and buying a heap of books!) Helt has read over 100 Books now, so has 7 APs .. Is great to have Goals and Challenges!!

None of the books Verdugo needs are under 300k. At least you don't have to read to 10 pets x.x;

Congrats on your new galactic pet! Saggi is really good for giving sP and make sure you do quentin's quests. He has the chance to give out mage amulets that then have the chance to be turned into a tome (stat booster)

Ouch...books are the reason why I will only have one battle pet. That must be nuts...

I'm only reading to 4 right now so they have over 1k intel. The rest are still dumb since I don't battle with them yet. My T5+ pets at least have 30 AP
