Human Avatars Fix (and side effect)
fixed this a few days ago. Your HA should be working correctly again, and no longer shift between your older HAs. 🎉
We noticed another problem after the fix: When you click the "Wear" button in the wardrobe, it looks like nothing happened because the "You are now wearing your HA" message is missing. We've confirmed that this bug is purely cosmetic: the button still works and causes your HA to change correctly on site. We will update the bug report topic when the "Wear" button message is fixed.

Hey everyone! Quick on what's going on this evening.
We were attempting to deploy some code that addresses the lag. We tested this code thoroughly on development sites with successful results, but some unexpected errors showed up when we deployed it for real. First, there was a site outage (that looked like a SQL error, around 7:00 PM). When we resolved that, we noticed the SAPI portion of the site was not loading. (SAPI is the part of the website that serves avatars, wardrobe and forums.)
We've spent the past hour resolving this, and things should be back to normal now. If it is still broken for you, logging out and back into Subeta should fully resolve the issue.
We are planning to re-attempt deployment after midnight tonight and hoping for success this time as we can apply what we learned from this incident.
