Candy corn is my favorite Halloween/fall candy. As soon as it's in the store, I buy a bag or two for snacking and making candy corn rice krispie treats.

Day 3:
This image reminds me of my adorable sphynx cat (Gismo) and I enjoy Star Trek. Halloween is a rare time people are less critical of his looks, I just wish that they would see past society's preconceived notions of beauty and see how wonderful he truly is. Gismo is mostly grey, but has a white dimond nose with a pink tummy & paws :)
Halloween is my absolute favorite time of the year! I'd say I start planning for it early (I was at the craft store grabbing everything spooky the first day they put it out in August this year) but actually I just never stop planning for it lol. I live in an over-100-year-old creepy house (some say it's actually haunted 👻) and I never take my Halloween decorations down. So yeah, I have skeletons and stuff up all year and I leave the real cobwebs in the corners because they just add to the atmosphere. (Also, spiderbros are good housemates.) :P
This year, I'm going to Halloweentown with my sister, who also loves Halloween. It's actually St. Helens, Oregon - the town where they filmed the movie. Every year they decorate the whole town like the movie set and everyone gets into the spirit and they have events to celebrate all October. I've never been there before but it sounds pretty awesome, so I'm excited!

for day 3 - a story to go with it!
You fumble with the chalk as you curse your inability to draw circles; hoping that the ones you hurriedly scrawled for this sigil are enough. The slamming, scratching, howling, and growling from outside the cathedral doors is getting louder and more fervent. The barrier you placed won't hold for much longer. Not wanting to disturb the sigil, you put the candles in their positions as gingerly as time allows. Then you pull out the matches…and you drop them.
You pick them back up, squeeze your eyes shut, and will your hands to stop shaking-- just as a blood-curdling wail erupts from one of the creatures outside. You swallow hard and take a deep breath. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Just like you were taught by-- no, you can't think about that, not now. Maybe not ever again. The cracking of the wooden doors behind you pulls you from your breathing exercise and the unwanted memories of earlier this night.
Shhk. Shhk.
Two strikes and the match ignites. The small flame a comfort in the pitch darkness. You light the candles and begin to whisper the incantation. The prayer to a God you didn't believe in until earlier today. The summoning of a guardian warrior from the Protector God's side.
Once the candles are lit, you give a flick of your wrist to extinguish the match without pausing in your prayer.
Halfway through...
A growl from outside makes your stomach drop.
Almost done...
The door cracks again. Louder this time.
Three more sentences...
The candle flames flicker to a spectral blue and begin to float upwards. You stand and take a couple steps back. Closer to the door.
Reciting the last word causes the sigil to glow and then burst with misty light. You reflexively cover your eyes before you realize the light doesn't hurt them.
When you look back you see a sight that makes you drop to your knees: A warrior sent from heaven. They look down at you, eyebrow quirked. Seeming to wait for something. Ghostly blue hands form from nowhere and reach toward the figure, wanting to touch, but staying just out of reach. They don't seem desperate or malicious, but instead…loving? Reverent?
The ethereally beautiful warrior speaks with a voice neither male nor female, a voice that rings like a single peal of a church bell, a voice that is comforting, strong, and indifferent.
What task am I to complete?
"The c-creatures. T-they've overrun the city. P-please k-kill them. Please."
They smirk.
Easily done.
The warrior disappears abruptly. So does the misty light, the ghostly hands, your sigil, the candles... and the noise from outside.
It all stops and you are left in the dark silence of the Protector God's cathedral.
Tears streaming down your face you kneel at the altar to give a prayer for the souls of those you lost, but first a prayer of thanks to your new God. CC: , writer-senpai are you proud?

Day 3
I've just always loved "darker" things, so like many others the month of October/Halloween just really appeals to me! Not only the fun decorations everywhere, but helllooo.. a horror fanatic that for a whole month gets to see scary movie marathons on every channel? A dream.
My favorite candy is really anything sour! Too bad it's typically chocolates that are brought out at Halloween time.

Day 3 Halloween short story Once upon a time there was once a magical place where it never rained. The End. Jk. Once upon a time there was a little 5 month old baby girl named Lakyn who never let her mommy sleep at night. The mommy got so sleep deprived that she went crazy. The little girl was so cute that her mommy couldn't be mad so she never ever ever slept again. The end. (It's a spooky story because hey its true)

If you go to your wardrobe as soon as you see a pervious HA and click the Wear Now button again it helps a lot, but you might have to do it a couple times. If you don't go to the wardrobe immediately after seeing or you miss it then it will keep flipping and it makes it more difficult to fix.

Yeah, I've been using that method to fight with my HAs for a while now and it does help, but it never fixes it 100% and I'm just kind of tired of the whole thing. I guess it'll load whatever it wants to load. XP

Day 2: Catagory Scary: Demon Outfit Not Found
I chose the outfit I'm wearing now. I tweaked an outfit I already had saved from last year, and I think it's much better looking.
Day 3: 
I chose to post this gif I had posted last year, I because I thought it was funny. The best part of Haloween is getting to dress up as anything you wish, be it a witch, fairy, zombie or even a superhero. And getting free candy. I also enjoy seeing the Halloween decorations at various homes when people put them out. It's a real shame where I live a lot of people don't do this, and it makes the neighborhood I live in feel devoid of Halloween. I don't get why either.

My favorite thing about halloween is watching "scary" horror movies. I love marathoning movies meant to scare you because I find them silly and funny instead of frightening. I also love to play survival horror video games late at night with the lights off :D

My favorite part of halloween is just the spirit of the holiday? I don't know how to explain it but everyone gets excited about spooktober and being spoopy and whatnot!
