The thing that makes me really happy is She is one of the truly nicest people I've ever known and manages to put a smile on my face at least once a day. We've never met in person and I'm many years older than her but I've learned a lot about having patience for others from her. She is gracious and has the biggest heart and she has transcended being merely a subeta BFF! :-)

Fun Fact: A cat's sense of taste has only 473 taste buds compared to a human's 9,000. A cats taste buds are located only on the tip of their tongue (not a part of the fact, just a personal musing - this strikes me as a good explanation of why my kitties have always liked the gravy part of their food the best lol)

Oh man, this is cool! Um, let's see... I've been reading what I can of this hilarious manga about a former yakuza enforcer who just CANNOT jive with civilian life, but he considers his wife his like "sub-boss" and the Head of the freakin' Women's Association his BOSS boss. His wife is at least a high-powered executive, but the head of the association is just some little old gma lol.

The last thing that made me happy was that I was able to go to Europe with my mom to visit France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, which was something I've wanted to do for over 20 years and never had the chance. It was so cool to see all of the sites and even to visit some family:)
