MHO. Auto training is the easiest to pump up your stats. I can do 25 CSC a day. Cheaper than coffee or cigs. Good morning.

Hey! Good morning :) And yea... this auto train option is incredible :o Guarantees you get the right amount of stat gain for a full 24 hours.. if nothing else it's great for the downtime or overnight hours where you cannot be on to start new courses haha
sips coffee Still have so much to figure out, but I feel I'm off to a decent start!
Really curious about scrolls right now.. is there a good link to read about those? Where to buy, what and how to use them? I bought some scrolls but have not found how to "activate" them or w/e you call it, to use in battle..

Oranos is turning into my cannon pet with high health and strength. I wanted Verdugo to be more rounded. I may have changed it to 7500 speed and 5500 def or 8 speed and 5 def do I will need to leech def at some point if I want to do that
Auto training is great when you still get at least 12 classes per day. Once your trading time increases so you get less classes, boosters are the better option to gain stats quickly.
I created an end game recommendation for scrolls here: https://subeta.net/forums.php/read/887189/Planning-for-the-Endgame-T10-Guide
The guide I linked you yesterday should talk about scrolls. You need to equip scrolls to your pet by adding them to the library. If you go to your inventory and select the scroll, it will give you the add to scroll library option.
For each scroll there is an amount of AP it costs to use in battle. Your pet’s intelligence dictates how many scrolls you can carry into battle. AP is obtained through reading books to your pet. Books and some boosters will increase your pet’s intelligence. For 16 intelligence, you gain 1 AP when you read a book.
Hello and welcome! Yeah, if your main interest is battling then you should be able to get Trillaeum pretty powerful fairly quickly as you'll probably be sinking your sP and time into him.
For scrolls, you put them into your scroll library. Each has an AP (Alchemy Points) cost, and you can equip as many with a combined AP cost as your pet's AP total can handle (the Scrolls tab in the BC is where you equip them). The better the scroll, generally speaking the higher the AP cost - though some staples like Cobalt Eternals are relatively cheap compared to other staples like Shrieks. AP goes up with intelligence and book readin', so the more books you read to your battle pet, the better.
Thanks so much... I was missing the part where I needed to add them into my library. I've got lots of guide reading to do, so bear with me if I am asking questions that could be answered without..asking.. lol I really appreciate all the help so far.
Thank you! The warm welcome is definitely appreciated. My main interest will 100% be training/battling... planning to just keep 1 pet on my account right now and focus on training as quickly as I can and learning my way around the Coliseum :)
Thanks as well for the Scroll information! On the site I came from, intelligence was irrelevant to battling.. so, it's good to know I should start reading all the books instead of reselling.
I don't know how interested you are in spending real cash yet, but every November during the site's Black Friday event a whole bunch of old monthly Cash Shop challengers become available to buy again (not for a discount however so they're 250 CSC each). This might be something you'd want to wait until next year for though to see how much you like the battling and if you want to sink any resources into getting any of them.
ETA: Also, there's still a couple of days to fight the Morostide opponents so you should definitely try to take on what you can right now (Scary Chairy for sure). They're under the Events tab on the challenge page.
Thanks for the heads up! That's a pretty cool idea to bring back older challengers like that. I had not even clicked the events link either.... I will go check it out now :D
No worries! Just pointing you in the right direction. There are a lot of guides, official ones and user created ones. I subscribe to a lot of them so I can easily find them later.
I found if you use boosters up to 15 intel and you read a book you get an AP at 16. Because books get expensive eventually. Make that book count. But for now you can blow through books from the shop.

I'll try my hand at going through all the ones already posted :) Before pestering everyone too much lol
Good to know. I'll just read the ones I come across for now.. will give your booster idea a try as well :D
Intel boosters cost at least 1mil. I’d wait until your Intel is high enough to make that count. Or after you read all the cheap books.

Sounds good. ;) I'll probably just buy up a load of the cheapies first then! haha
I know this is a lot to process after only two days of playing xD Training becomes a balancing act of cost and how quickly you want to max out your pet. In the beginning, training is quick and inexpensive. There are over 2,000 books on site and you can find a good chunk under 200k. Intel boosters are the most expensive boosters you can buy. In the beginning it’s less expensive to read a couple mil worth of books to your pet for AP. Once books start costing a lot more money, then you will want to start switching over to boosters so you’re not spending 3 mil+ per book for every intelligence point.
Also, whenever possible try to get to ten wins on a challenger. That way you max out the exp you get from them. You'll still have a small amount you can get from some after that (and some are worth battling on for the amulets, tomes, and crystals they can drop later), but ten wins for sure.
Ahh good to know! I wondered if there was a daily battle total per opponent for EXP/sP gain rewards. Thanks! :)
Haha jeesh that's a lot of books! I've got PLENTY too keep me busy lol It is a bit overwhelming but I'm really enjoying the amount of things there are to do.. and the community itself has been incredible so far :)
if nobody's told you about it already, subetalodge.org is your friend. You can search for all books in price order, for instance, and look up all weapons and stat boosters sorted in different ways depending on what you're looking for.
Thankfully, , my friend who brought me over to Subeta showed me that last night! hahaha
