My heart was crushed when I heard of her passing. I to believe we need this to remember our friends who have passed on so they are never forgotten. She will be missed so much!! RIP love her tons! 😭

@blackwolf_2009 Thank you for commenting! Her lose was so profound to us all and having to figure it out on our own made it more devastating. Kreedo and Brenda figured it out, and let me know. My memorial idea came from thinking about losing Marreshaann, and there had to be away to memorialize her memory.

I so hope that they will do, and sooner rather than later.

I keep friends that have passed in my list so they will still show up on my profile friends list and can remember them that way. I kind of like being able to still see them where I consider they belong - with the rest of my friends.

That said, I have nothing against this suggestion and think it's a lovely idea for those who would want it - but perhaps it could be a preferences option or a coded profile block that could be added instead of default changing how friends appear?

How saddening to see that she passed away. I was seeing her quite often here and there on the forums. I am in support of this idea.

I only saw Marreshaan in the forums in passing so can't say I knew her well, but R.I.P.

As for the suggestion, this sounds like a really good way to remember those on subeta that have passed so I'm totally in support of the idea.

I definitely support this idea, and hope staff makes a quick and easy way to add it for someone's profile. I'm sure it can be done now with custom coding but I think it's a great idea to have a little official widget of sorts.

I really think this is a great idea! I'm sadden to hear of Marreshaann's passing. 😢 I will miss not seeing her on the forums. There are also some other users that passed away over the years that I knew of.

There was a particular user who hasn't been on since late 2013 that I wish someone could find out and see if he has passed away. He's been gone too long from Subeta and hasn't even tried to pop in to say hi.

Thank you for your support! Keep hoping Keith or a staff memeber see this thread and like the idea. I have a friend that havent hear from in over a year, her health has been an issue and her husband got hurt. I havecommented her profile many times. I am seriously worried and there isnt anything to do. Thats why I like my forum group, we have a special thread that users can let the other group members know their busy in RL. PLus if they need help in event while their absent their friends from forum groups can help.
