Same here. Though my little sister and I have recently gotten super obsessed with NCT and their youngest is 2002 (she calls him her son, which I have been doing with some idols that are younger than me, lol) and their oldest is the same age as me, so they have a good mix.
If the guy in the gif (Woozi from Seventeen) is what prompted your comment he was born in '96. Hard to believe, but true.

BTW you're finding so many cute gifs! Flower crowns seem to be so popular~ I'm into j-pop/rock myself ^^
A classic Arid would be cool, and a custom is obviously the coolest choice, but also Glade or Steamwork maybe? Since his name is Tardiness, the Glade Kanis looks real laid back and the Steamwork one has a watch on it. That's my two cents anyway. :)
Yeah a lot of them have FruitsBasket because I was obsessed with that anime when I created them years ago. I just don't want to get rid of them, so I have to save up csc to change their names. I typed my plans for my pets as concisely as possible, but it was still a confusing mini-wall-of-text so lemme put this under a spoiler and go about it a different way.
pet plans
Most of my pets are/will be OCs that will all be in the same (Subeta and TWD, wink, inspired) world. A couple of their stories will be connected at first (like Ellis will have a daughter, for example), but then along the way they will all end up together. I haven't really had the time to sit down and flesh out the stories yet though. :c

Commander of the Grey (I changed her name with that sweet csc I got during Luminaire) is a Dragon Age: Origins tribute pet. I'm going to change AkitoFruitsBasket's name to Captain Isabella (from Dragon Age 2).

And Enn is a tribute to a kpop idol: "N" from VIXX (N is his stage name obviously, Hakyeon is his real name). Here he is wearing a flower crown~

And here he is with a...bird nest on his head? Idk I had to share, because he's the only idol I've seen with birds in his flower crown and he isn't associated with birds in any way.
