WHOA! that's alot for a black hen! heh. I think the 'in-laws' only have "regular farm chicks" (reds for one)

and I know that my sis-n-law always plants lots of marigolds for the chicks. the yolks are SO gold!

I have seen blue eggs, and ..... i don't remember, a couple of other colors. but they mainly have brown eggs that the man brings home to me.

grin. the girls hubby made a comment about her taking pictures of her food. (some funny sarcastic comment) and we started laughing, and she said, "SHE DOES THAT TOO!" and points to me. LOL (it's because of HER that I even started doing that) :D

heh. something is eating the man's peppers up. I asked if he threw down the marigold seeds like I told him to, and he just ignored me and walked out the door. that means, "NO"

I just know how I was with my hub. and when he acted the whole "jealous" bit, I just didn't know how to handle it. I felt like he wasn't trusting "ME"

hahahaaa I Was SCARED!! I actually thought that I might get hit! they were so FAST! and RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF ME. I mean seriously. If I had stood up, they Would have hit me!

and I don't necessarily think the bird is 'brave' but that I start hearing a "bumble bee" sound and I don't move. I sit completely still. so I don't think she notices that I'm not "part of the fixtures" heh.

here I am thinking, I only had one hummingbird, and there is TWO feeding from that thing! (plus the blasted bees) boy was she mad, when she came around the corner, and that other one was feeding! HA.

I know they are ferocious little creatures. but MAN. you forget when they are just flying around and eating.

haha, they are many fancy breeds that people are seeking to have, wither the plumage or the eggs they lay and sometimes if they are dual or heritage breeds. i did not know peonies costed that much, never really been into the flowers as i can't keep things alive

I remembered but was too lazy.
