ugh people drive me nuts. had a lady, who i know a little through daniels work, coming to pick up a pan/pot from me. she was supposed to yesterday but didn't and today said she would be coming this way around 330-4. so i told her i would put it in my truck as i would be laying down. turns out she didn't read the msg.. what if i wasn't going to be home, or i had company.. or for all i know i coulda been rampaging around in the nude ffs. shes reads it after she has banged on my door and woken me.. by the time i got up and dressed she was pulling out of the driveway so i didn't bother. she has msged me since and i am not going to read it till probably tomorrow. :S

I think you're right about the chihuahuas being hyper. People also tend to baby them too much and then they are bratty and snappy. If I get one it will be a challenge for me not to do the same. lol And a lot of the ones I've been seeing are older dogs and their owners passed away.

Yes, an author can't please everyone, but to me most books either start out boring and have a good ending or start out great and have a crummy ending. I gave up on the Alaska audio book. Way boring! Today I started listening to Pearl of China by Anchee Min. It was one of the first ones that popped up so I decided why not. LOL! So far so good!

I've been so busy trying to keep my daughter busy, and have hardly been on subeta lately, so I do understand when you don't reply to me right away.

Arrgghhh! I almost can't watch BB. I really don't like any of them - again. Kaitlyn is a mess and is so hard up for male attention it's disgusting! I was so sad to see Swaggy go as I believe he's genuinely a good person. The 2 hamsters I find utterly repulsive are: Brett and JC and they make me want to change the channel. Also, I can't stand Winston, Sam, Kacee, Kaitlyn, Tyler and now Scottie.

sometimes I'll reply right away , like now :) other times I might forget or be busy, it's hard to guess.

The only way to be absolutely sure you'll like a book is to read one you already read and liked, perhaps. I'm currently re-reading a book that I read before and liked, not absolutely a favorite but it's really good :)

In this case, the story is of a mature civilization that's decided to move on to the next stage, to "Sublime" - and what all goes wrong as they are led by a self-serving politician who will go to any end to establish his legacy, and a mentor species of theirs wants to admit a trick they played many ages before - and a woman with four arms and a gift for difficult to play instruments gets roped into finding this one really old guy, who was alive way back then, and can vouch for the truth or otherwise of what really happened.
