I've been struggling with a job for my friend. He needs the starter changed out for his parent's minivan. But the replacement turned out defective, and we're going to another autoparts store for a second replacement. I can tell he and his father are frustrated about this turn. I try not to complain, as this adds to my practical experience. I even used my torque wrench, and gearless ratchets.
