I don't know. I generally upbeat, the weather had been extremely variable lately, rain and snow here in California in the middle of may is quite rare, wee seem to be having a Spring for once. But it's certainly had a physical effect on me.
Worries about finances and the health of family certainly have taken a toll. My mate's parents are very old and fragile and determined to live independently, despite the demands they put on us and their inability to really care for themselves. That is a big issue. My health has taken a big hit in the past two years with the chronic upper respiratory problems. Not to complain, but I think that all these issues have caused me to take pause and evaluate my involvement in pursuits like gaming and Subeta. I'm most certain that it is a temporary affliction and that I will once again be back to being my perky, fuzzy, silly, inappropriately-attired self once again soon.
I also have more then enough...means I can donate more.

Yes, you are most certainly correct, the best way to deal with the blues is to kick them away. I normally don't deal with the blues, they are strange to me, but I have been struggling with them lately. I believe that it is weather, stress and health related and temporary at that. I like your suggestion and I will definitely take a positive approach to getting myself busy. I will not, however, go smashing things like my daughter Aya tends to do in her rage attacks.
