I've never played those but my nephew (well an older one) got Pandemic for Christmas so hopefully I'll get to play that soon :) my favorite is 7 wonders ^^ I've really enjoyed BANG recently and got to play a long game of Settlers of Catan yesterday ^^

Every one gets a city and you build "wonders" in your city as well as advance it either through Science, Army, or Community like buildings (or a combo). Whoever has the most successful city wins based on how many points you get for each thing :)

Ah, I see! We´re mostly playing games where you win together as a group. Gives much communication to discuss strategy and that´s always fun!

I looove pandemic! Lots of rules though XD we actually have the chuthulu pandemic XD we also have settlers with an expansion pack. Its lots of fun!!
