Congratulations on your Wizarding wins high fives
I've always thought of myself as a Hufflepuff but according to the Sorting Hat I'm a Ravenclaw, which is fine by me, they're an awesome house - although that enchanted knocker makes me anxious ;) My Patronus is a Piebald Stallion (I didn't see that coming... ) and my wand is a Elder wood with a phoenix feather core, 12 ¼" and unyielding flexibility (oh no, this wand sounds really tricky but maybe that's just my old Hufflepuff tendencies clinging on).
- We could never really be enemies... Maybe we'll be the ones to bring the houses of Gryffindor and Slytherin closer together? Your pictures look awesome!
- The more I read what you're writing about the Wizarding terms, the more I might actually want to dive in. Is there a ping group that I could join in advance?
This is true. Have you read half blood prince?? That kind of shows the houses coming together :)
Thanks! :D I think the wandmaker did a beautiful job. Yeah, wands can be expensive. Mine was custom, so I was kind of expecting it to be expensive. For the amount of work that went into it though, it was quite reasonable. Aww yeah, you have to find a wand that really calls to you. Alivan's made mine. They do customs, but also have some beautiful ready made wands on their site. :D
Thank you! :D I'm so happy with the job they did. <3
I honestly had no idea it existed! I'm definitely interested! What all do you do? How do you join?
Btw I edited my original post to add more HAs. Hope that's okay!

I'll do the wand next :D
Me too! I hope we don't have to wait too many years for the next season. X'D That's cool! I want to like Funko Pops, I really do, but they just look too derpy to me. If they modeled the figurines on the true appearance of the characters I'd probably drop a stupid amount of money on them, between R&M and Fallout and Breaking Bad... Oh well, I prefer collecting "functional" things anyway. So I have a Rick and Morty travel cup, pint glass and Meeseeks tumbler. I just need the flask to complete the whole "let's get riggity riggity wrecked!" drinking collection haha
did the wand.... looks like quite a party!
I don't understand the rules for HAs.
10 points for first HA, 30 points for each additional? or something else?

(nts: added until here)
Hello my fellow Ravenclaw! I am looking forward to playing along with you next term! ^-^ And yes, you are right, first HA gives 10 raffle tickets, each additional one 30.
So you have a lot of merchandising already from your fav BB series?
It would be wonderful if you join, too! Here is the link to the wizarding forum / group. If you have joined houses, each house has its own secret forum only available for its students, too.
After joining the group, you´ll find classrooms and clubs and the great hall activities below. When you have sorted into a house, the Wizarding group and your house group requires a questionaire about the character you are using. You´ll find it in the groups yet when there are questions, I am here for you! ^-^
Alivan sounds a little bit like Olivander! Lovely! And isn´t it lovely, we are attracting new students here! <3
When I see you out there in full Gryph garb, I am definitely thinking about coloring one of my releases in Gryph colors, perhaps the earrings or the headband......

From Breaking Bad? Nah, I don't have anything. Unless you count a little baggie of blue sugar crystal candy but it wasn't even marketed as BB merch (of course the resemblance is why I got it though). haha
I see! Could have been! ^-^
Any magic stuff then you have acquired? (bare the rocks which are naturally magic, too!)

Oh yeah, I have lots of crystals. I don't really go for the idea that they have magical properties but some of them do emit energy. I keep those in a case lol. And they do lift my mood because they're beautiful and interesting, so I guess they're kind of healing in a sense. ^^
As for actual magic items...does this altar count? I haven't conjured up any cool spells or anything, but it's a good space for, like, meditating or whatever. XD Despite being a skeptic, I enjoy the aesthetic. (I kinda sorta believe in magic in the LaVeyan sense, that there is power in psychodrama and ritual.)
Trying to think if I have any HP stuff besides the books...I don't think so. The real-life wands look super neat...maybe I should try to make my own. But how am I going to get a unicorn hair?! X'D
Are these tarot cards on the altar?
Crystal certainly have energies. I don´t use them for healing in the practice bc they give too much esoeric vibes for some patients, not in the good basic esoteric style yet many people only know the neoesoteric and sometimes flaky ways. I experienced they do clearly something, though, and that coming from me being a sceptic once coming out of the mainstream medicine, LOL. If you have triangle ones, you can feel when the top is damaged somehow and it can only be seen under a microscop, the energy somehow strays. I once bought a hematit for myself bc I had some anemia and after the first wearing, it had several chaps in his former smooth surface. And my anemia got much better. Then I made a malachit elixir out of the healing stone for my hub for fighting allergies. I thought, ah, this can´t be much, just drink it ALL up (and not do drops like recommended) and he got an asthma attack on the spot. Yes, they do something and I love them all and try to clean and load them up like recommended.

They are, but not a complete set unfortunately. They're like replica decorative ones from the craft store. But they still look cool. x)
Well, I definitely feel myself drawn to rocks and minerals, and like I said, they make me happy. I can't speak to their purported healing powers beyond psychological effects though; I've not experienced such a thing. Sidenote: going vegetarian fixed my iron deficiency anemia. That was, of course, the opposite of what my doctor expected; she had suggested that I eat more meat. But as she told me, keep doing what you're doing if it works!
I thought so, too! Interestingly, that is their real last name, not one they made up for the business. :-) Yes it's great, yay for more students! Hopefully we will have a lively term next time. :D Ooo I will have to make some more HAs today. xD
I eat mostly veggie, too. Only the odd mini chicken piece when we visit my mum and she forgot, LOL. The anemia I had its origin in a brain bleeding which went on after an accident for long in tiny drops yet for months.
So you are collecting nice cards?
Then they were meant for this kind of business! <3 Looking forward to your HAs! I have to write a new lesson, too, hope to find time soon, I love to do it.
