Thanks. I just think I would be more inclined to subscribe if we had the option of changing it as needed instead of being stuck with something that might work now but not next month. Still trying to decide whether to sign up or not. Has anybody else used the new subscription system yet?

Not Yet , I've got about 2 weeks left of my GA and I was thinking about doing the $10 option. Keith was saying he was open to suggestions about the subscriptions, maybe that is something you could suggest? Dropping down or upgrading a tier as needed. I think that is a great option for people.

Welcome Hun :) I just wish I had gotten an answer. I signed up for the $15. I love the perks that came with it! I have used 2 of the vouchers already lol.

I probably wouldn't use the vouchers since there aren't that many CWs I want that are actually for sale or buyable. And don't know anyone to give a GA to as this point. So will have to think about it for a while. Any Sharks that get a subscription maybe post here how it's working out for you and what you think.

There are way too many CWs that I want lol. I am still not sure who I will give the second GA too.

A lot of the ones I want are UB, but quite a few are in shops. I only have one voucher left for this month, so I have to be picky lol.

I don't know about anybody else, but for me this "Neugarten" is a non-event. Nothing at all happening except some stuff in a couple shops. Once you've bought whatever items you want from the shops there's nothing else to do. Boring. I don't need any food and there were only a few clothing items I wanted so it ended for me after the 1st day. Where are the bugs and birds!? And no new achievements for a while now. Subscription question - I started to sign up for the $5 but does that mean they take $5 every month forever, for 1 month and then you have to renew, or what? I thought maybe you could choose a certain number of months, like get it for 3 months. Anybody know how this works?

Same for me too! I was really hoping they would have added something to it this year. I guess they spent all of their time on the subscriptions. I wish the bugs or birds would start too, but it is starting to look like they forgot about them or something. The way it works right now it takes your money every month until you cancel. I read ones of Keith's posts on the board and it looks like they might be adding a different way later on. Maybe pay for a few months in advance or something. I think right now they are just getting feedback on how to change/improve things in the future.

So you can cancel at any time? And then start a new different one? Say start at $5 and then later cancel and do a new one for $10? Guess that would be easier for them rather than trying to change an existing subscription. I see in the original news post it says "Soon to come: Ability to upgrade or downgrade plans." and "Bonus for subscribing for 6 months or a year" which made me think you choose a certain number of months when you subscribe.

On the subscription page there is a cancel button. Right now it just seems to be monthly only. I don't see any reason why you would not be able to pick a different subscription every month, but I am not 100% certain.

Still trying to decide on the sub thing. I see Amber said in the news there would be new bugs. Sure wish they'd hurry up and start to relieve some of the boredom. So, another question. If you already have a GA active does buying a sub just add another month to it? For example if you have 2 months left on your GA and you buy a sub then you have 3 months? Just trying to figure out how this works.

Hopefully it will be soon fingers crossed I had about a week left on mine and it just added a month to it after signing up for the sub.

OMG we finally got our power back after over 24 hours! A 10 minute storm knocked out everything!! It was baking hot all night/day. Miserable :(

I see they extended neugarten 1 more day. Not sure why, I bought everything I wanted the 1st day so no need to have it go on longer. Everybody is bored, they need to do something.

I was wondering about that too. No idea why it needed to be extended. They need to go on to other things.

Welcome back! It's getting better. Keith has been trying to keep us better informed about changes to the site and the wardrobe. There is a specific thread now just for wardrobe issues. I need to mess with it some more, but I was just glad that the hair salon was fixed.

Well I guess it’s good that there’s better communication going on now it looks like. I know there was a lot of complaining about that before.

I will say that even though I opted not to do the subscription thing right now, I like that they didn’t make the price points big crazy amounts. The amount levels seem pretty reasonable.
