it's weird how certain smells make that kind of reaction!

I guess most people think of summer for beaches - I'd love to be in north Scotland for a winter and see some proper snow (on the hills as well as the beaches) ;)

Oh, the distractionless method, yes, that works wonders for productivity. I like that route as well. My little sister can somehow manage to listen to music or watch netflix shows (or movies) while completing her HW or studying - I've never been able to do that myself.

I got a gift of cookies inside a nice metal circular tin, so I made myself a cover for it just now. First cylinder thing I've ever sewn and on my own pattern. the bottom isn't perfect but it fits and looks good for the first go so I'm pleased

He will always go hiding when people come over, but after a few hours he was brave enough to come out from under the sofa to be petted by the guests. I was very surprised he did that!
