Well at least they know now. Cause that downtime sure didn;t fix it. I hope they fix it soon. /still has not been able to autoprice /getting pretty miffed about it....

For me the site does work in the morning - aka around 4am subeta time. now at about 4pm subeta time, good luck with keeping the connection. :< quite disappointed TBH... or maybe i just grew too impatient.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. Not that I'm glad the site is being a pain today, just glad that it's not me ... I'm sure they will get it fixed ASAP

Arghhhh. SO frustrating. I can't do anything. And it's been this way every time I checked today. :( Guess it's time to play a game on my tablet.

Just popping in to say that I've had problems ever since the shenanigans of Morostide 2017. Whatever the hell happened back then, it never got fixed. I haven't really had a great, fast experience with Subeta since that event. :/

Yeah it has been taking me forever to even load subeta,. Thinking I will be skipping doing any quests today. Just so glad I got melody and my bathhouse dip done today. :/

It's been lagging for me on and off all December. Today is pretty bad, but it's had some bad days this month. I'm not sure why, since our Users Online doesn't seem to be exceptionally high or anything (I've only seen slowness like this with 2000+ users).

It definitely makes it hard to do quests. I haven't even attempted any today although I want to. I can barely pull a Mallarchy.

This is ludicrous. I don't even know how many years I've been on this site and this is still an issue! FFS every event is the same, I don't know why I bother trying to keep up with them anymore. I mean I never even got to celebrate Fireside because no items ever showed up on the site for me to use! I want to keep playing this site and interacting with you guys but with my own issues to deal with I don't know how much longer I can take this. It's the reason I haven't renewed my gold account actually--why waste money on a site I can hardly load half the time?

EDIT: It might be frustrating for you guys on the Subeta Team to hear this from us, but I'm not apologizing. I worded my post very carefully so as not to insult anyone. My main issue is that this is always a problem every single event and sometimes just on regular days. I want to know why this keeps happening so often and what can be done to improve the functionality, especially if we, the users, can help somehow.

As I said, I've been on here for a long time and most of the time I love it. But when you aren't able to enjoy it and miss out on events, rsing, quests, etc., we have a right to voice our frustration, especially those of us that put actual money into the site.

I'm sulking a bit today, because it looks like the site is sulking. With all the lag and the 503s and 504s, It's taking literally several minutes to complete one quest. One minute to load the Questgiver page, one minute to load the Start Quest page, one minute per item that they want (and god forbid you buy from NPC shops or try to remove one from your vault), one minute to load the Complete Quest page.

Repeat x10 quests x9 Questgivers + all the other dailies...

I have to agree with Kathy about the observation since Morostide. Something major always seems to happen every other day on average.

The stability issues need to be a priority. Those with limited time are being hit hardest by this, and it's particularly true during this busy month.

Today has been incredibly difficult. I've been having blank pages, 504 and repeatedly long lasting loading pages since 3:30 pm Subeta Time today. Sometimes, posting will take forever and posts aren't being displayed, let alone loading. I'm mostly unable to quest, post or use anything that requires some form of loading.

Recently it was a potential 'DDoS' thing and now this. I'm not sure what's going on.

The past couple of days have been bad, but I haven't been experiencing all of the same things as some others have mentioned.

I don't recall having issues with the site during November. Definitely not continuous errors since Morostide, so IDK what's up with that. Not that I'm doubting anyone, it just seems odd. Even during Fireside, I didn't notice any major issues.

And I know it's frustrating when the site doesn't work, but continually posting and demanding that it be fixed isn't going to solve the problem any faster. They're working on it, and it may not be as fast as we like, but that's not a reason to start getting mean in the posting.

wasn't quite sure with your wording whether you had seen the previous update on this thread (it was a few pages back) about the 'potential ddos' attack, but the real issue wound up being completely unrelated. as are the issues going on now.

beyond that, i don't have much to add to the thread - experienced the site going down a bit today around two, but have had relatively little trouble navigating and loading pages aside. things are running much smoother than when i woke up today, and undoubtedly being worked on further now.

as laurey said, of course it's normal to get frustrated when things are going wrong, especially around the holidays, but please be mindful of the staff who read this thread (and yes, they read every post, even the venting ones because feedback helps) - they're people too and they work tirelessly when issues come up.
