I live in the US upper midwest. Not Alaska but still cold and dark in the winter ;) Yeah we don't really decorate but I'm sure glad other people do lol
Yeah we just drove around and looked at the lights yesterday before they all start to disappear again for another year. Oh man there is no purer fear than when the fur babies get loose. It's like every bad thing that could ever happen to them races through your head and if they get out of your line of sight you don't know if they'll ever make it back - it's the WORST! I hope our fur babies always make it back to us safe or better yet quit trying to escape ;)

My drive to and from work is mostly on a little back road lined with neighborhoods and large houses - the majority of the way the yards are done up with fantastic displays of lights and blow ups and decorations. It's going to be sad when it's all gone! And yes! If they could just understand >,<
To be fair I also rarely actually make things, especially from scratch. -is eating easy mac and oreos for dinner- I'm not the best at adulting haha. My husband is the chef in the family!

additionally (again): i told you guys in the first post that there would eventually be a couple of cws to go with this event. just a heads up here: these two cws will be associated with the last two events, which will be taking place during the 1st - 7th. previews and requirements for them will be up soon, probably when i post the next event. (don't worry, i made the requirements really loose, strict requirements for stuff for events when you know people will be traveling a lot is a little mean imo.)
