, well I'm studying computer science, but that class was an honors class, and they're special. I don't think I tanked it anyway. It was relatively horrible, though. I had my last final of the semester today at two.

Sure, thanks for asking! :) My parents used to paint. Years ago they joined a painting group and learned how to paint. My mom primarily loved to paint objects like glassware and ornaments. My dad loved canvas. We lost my dad nearly 5 years ago and my mom 1 year ago. When we finally got around to cleaning out their home, we came across all their painting supplies. To my surprise, there were 3 canvas paintings that were started but never finished. One of them was a scene from my favorite childhood book, "Make Way for the Ducklings". The scene was the Swan Boats in Boston Common. It's a special memory since my dad took me to ride the boats when I was a little girl. I ended up finishing the painting over the summer. The second unfinished canvas is a scenic country area with a barn. I'm assuming that it was meant for my sister and so I plan on finishing that one for her. The third canvas had a couple of angels. I'm undecided what to do with that one since neither my sister or me are really into angels. I may finish it anyway. We shall see.

I suck at reading music too, so I have mad respect for you! Do you teach at a school? And I guess it's a good thing that your damage wasn't that bad, you really don't want to be on a priority list for repairs, but it must still be annoying in the long-run. Still glad that you're safe! I've never been in a hurricane, just some pretty crazy winds. I'm very thankful for that, I have no idea what I'd do. I had a meltdown over a small fire in our backyard when I was a kid. I carried around a water bottle while crying and the firefighters must have thought I was ridiculous. xD I don't do well under stress!

Oh my! Your poor Tux girl 10 and having to raise/put up with a kit...how long have you had him? Give it a week or two and she'll be a good mommy to him. We just inherited 2 cats from roommate's daughter, the encumbant cat is just over 2 so kind of a teenager Bea and Lolli are 4, Lolli will tussle with him and play, Bea would sooner growl at him, though I'm hoping she'll relax, I was petting her and he was nosing around my feet and she didn't hiss at him

I cannot for the life of me think how him helping Sam came into play, but seem to remember something about Sentinels being entombed in the wall, not sure but think they were still alive but its been years since I've read the earlier books but Coldhands wasn't a ghost

Even giving up comped rooms if he and his family are regulars or spend a lot of money there would be incredibly generous but planefare is over the top, he sees you as family so he wants to take care of you...maybe its just using Frequent Flyer Miles

yeah it's a great murder mystery plus campy soap plus horror, it's a great mix of tv genres haha but it's not everyone's cup of tea! (well your signature says otherwise :P jk jk)

it started off alright but because there's a lot of talking and listening (I'm in healthcare ironically) it's easy to get clogged down by the end of the day and I was really happy when it was time to leave, no more talkinggg!! and no more almost losing my voice haha

My response to the new question:

I'm currently busy with school again! I'm a therapist and I'm training myself (and my dog) to implement my little four-footed friend into the therapy sessions. Very interesting classes, but it also takes a lot more of my time as I thought! Another thing that is currently going on in my life is just getting around to get all the Christmas shopping done in time. I can never choose what I want to get someone. I always end up with more things than I should. I should really find a strategy for all this ^_^'

@ Tulip Ooooh, it’s a Saturday! Did not realise that yet. Good to know! Hopefully I’ll just be able to wait online and hope for the thing to not crash xD I think I heard about the mobile game? Wasn’t it something like the Pokemon Go game but in HP style, or something along those lines? Or from Niantic, anyway?

@ Tori Those are some really docile chickens, then! Not all chickens would be easy to put in a filing box I can imagine. Fancy Pants is a great name too xD And I can’t wait for our little feathery friends! It will be so much fun to have some chickens around again. When I grew up, we ALWAYS had chickens, ducks, quails, even peacocks at one point. I also had my little crew of geese that followed me around when they were little. Are you still looking forward to more animal friends to join your family?

- I do work in a school, mostly with upper elementary aged children. We have a ton of fun together in music class! The repair process is frustrating, but at least we knew what to expect. We had a small-ish fire last year, so we had to deal with the insurance company and restoration company. This time, we knew the process and it looks like the restoration company we're using this time has a much better idea of what they're doing.

I have three go-to Christmas movies: Christmas Vacation, White Christmas and Love, Actually. I own all three and will just pop one in according to my mood. And sometimes I'll luck out and find something delightfully cheesy on TV. Tis the season, right?

Aw thank you! I'm actually crocheting them. They're round pinwheels. So far I have 2 done. One is navy blue and off white and the other is dark red and dark green :)

I'm super excited because my family and I are going to LA and then Hawaii for Winter Break, and my grandparents (both sides) are coming over all the way from China!

Yes it's called Hogwarts mystery! It's basically you create your own student and go through Hogwarts! I'm excited. I'm not sure how alike it is to Pokemon Go.

In the show Coldhands was definitely not a ghost - although strictly speaking I'm pretty sure he wasn't 100% alive either lol I really wish the show had spent more time on the more mystical/magical elements of the story instead of always focusing on the boobs more Soap Opera elements of the story. All that first people, three eyed Raven, white walker kind of stuff always struck me as an after thought in the show and I have to think they were pretty major elements in the books and the parts of the story I'd be way more interested in. I just want to know about the MAGIC stuff STOP making me look at all these boobs for no reason sit through all this rape human crap - GIVE ME MAGIC and DRAGONS and basically super charged zombies WHITE WALKERS lol
