Frey's motives were always kind of suspect remember when Robert Bareathon rebelled, Tully had raised his banners to support Robert, Frey among them but Frey always dragged his feet about committing forces and you know he was waiting to see who the winner of a battle was before they showed up. Bolton was just a slimeball...there was no love between the two houses so his betrayal was almost expected

Oh my gosh, tell me about it! I lived in NYC and miss not only the museaums and art galleries but the stunning variety of ethnic restaurants, let's see, Chinese (Schechuan) and Mongolian, sushi, Italian, French, Arabic, Greek, Korean, Indian, North African. Do you have a favorite/favorites?

Oh my, why are they sending them piecemeal? That has to be super frustrating. Did they have to order them from elsewhere (understandable since it is the holidays but still frustrating.

I had recently been promoted to Department Head, was talking to my boss today and suggested Empathy training for staff, Kellie smiled and said "Good idea, make it happen."

Omg, vacations are supposed to be for relaxing! That sucks it's becoming a stressful situation for you. I feel like everyone I know is getting married next year too and it's crazy! Do you still think you're going to be able to go on vacation, or will you have to skip out on it to save money for the weddings?

not much is up. i finished watching the season finale of mr. robot not that long ago and it was incredible. i finished my paper for this one class i hated last night and handed it in this morning and i'm glad it's over because that class and professor was the worst ever. now i just have to think about my final stuff for the last classes i have left. i can't wait to go home in about a week for break and see my pets and enjoy the holidays especially after this disastrous semester. woo!

I don't know. We are still planning on going on the vacation since we haven't had a real vacation together in years. My director is also wanting to pay for part of the trip for us but I refuse to let him. We can pay our way and it doesn't feel right accepting money.

Besides the holidays and all that entails, my hubby turns 60 in January. Not sure if I want to go away for a few days. Or have a small party for him at a brewery. So, I’m thinking of what I can do and afford. Just finished attending our office holiday party. All is good.

Ive been insanely busy with my long term kindergarten job. We are making baubles (they came out so adorable!) at one station this week. On friday we are attempting to make gingerbread houses. Im still trying to squeeze in a gingerbread man tasting station where we write about what we ate first, next, then, last and draw our cookie how it looks after each bite. There is more but im am just too exhausted to remember. Lol! I like this though, i enjoy being so busy.

My sad story is that today is my grandma's birthday, and she passed in 2010. I miss her so much, honestly. We haven't put up any Christmas decorations, and never do, until after her birthday.

Other than that, I've finally finished my measly christmas shopping. I've got to buy some birthday presents, but that can all wait. We're also currently having our windows cleaned, so this guy is outside and I always forget that he's there xD so I keep jumping.

hmm well, i don't really know what to say for this one. life is pretty boring rn really. i'll be working again over the holidays with only the 25th off, so that'll be busy with everyone wanting to buy food (i work in a boring job in a supermarket). i haven't done any gift shopping except for my bestie, which i need to wrap today so i can hopefully send it overseas tomorrow when i'm in town. i don't know what to get for my mum and sisters so i keep putting shopping for them off. i've been trying to find a new job because i'm not happy where i am now, but living in the country makes it hard finding something close by so i don't have to drive for an hour just to get to work. but i hear some things might be changing soon in management at my current job, so maybe that will make it a little more bearable for the time being. we'll see. but in the meantime i just plod along here ignoring all the stuff i have to sort out in rl. at least today i've gotten around to transferring a whole heap of stuff off my phone to clear up some space.

Whats up? Hmm well for me this holiday season has been busy at the same time alot of free time. I recently graduated from school and found a job that I will be starting in January. This has involved a lot of packing and apartment hunting. My down time has been dedicated to playing subeta, watching anime, and knitting a hat. I'm excited for the holiday season to see family. I live 3 hours away from them and will be moving even further away, so I want to spend as much time with them as I can.

I'm sorry to hear that D: family tragedy around the holidays is such an easy bummer and ruins the holidays D: /hugs I know from personal experience how difficult it can be. also, lmao at window cleaner guy popping up, I'd have to retreat into like .. a closet or something which has no windows from the surprise factor there

so I was gonna learn dance of the sugarplum fairy on my keyboard but instead of piano keys to battle with I've been battling with this shitty flu which feels like it's lasting eons and having to miss work and I really hope this shit improves because I feel like it's not happening and I'm not really a workaholic but like I need to work bc I need the money xD also I rarely buy tickets for the theatre for plays and such but I have one coming up soon and I hope I don't have to cancel that too /fingers crossed

Not much up with me I'm afraid. Work is keeping me super busy over the holidays. And I'm totally not in the Yuletide spirit at all. I still have all my Samhain/Halloween decorations up, glowing skulls suit my mood more than candy canes right now. On a lighter note I have become a bit obsessed with a couple of ARPG (Artistic role playing games) over on deviantArt. Got interested as a way of pulling myself out of an art-slump, and am having a lot of fun with them now.

I'm about to start a new job, I start on the 18th which is stressful cause I work at a supermarket so it's the busiest week of the year. Plus it's in a holiday destination so there will be heaps of tourists! Mostly finished my xmas shopping today and I'm so tired cause I'm running on like 5 hours sleep cause I went to the midnight viewing of Star Wars last night!!!

At the moment, besides work, Christmas and Lumi preps for all my dear family and friends, my life is centered completely around Malu, our new Balinese kitten. He is with us for three weeks now and all is exciting, for him and for us. He is very affectionate, sleeps in my arms all night, and very smart. Only four months old now yet he figured out the way things are going here so quickly and he already knows his name and is coming when called for (and answers to his name by voice, so cute!). We are training to get him to retrieve toys and it has worked for some times already.

Also, there is this strange connection between my beloved Tana who crossed the rainbow bridge in September and him. After Tana left us, we decided not to get a new kitten to complete our quartett again. However, the girls where so sad, so hubby suggested we should still get one and I started research yet with mixed feelings. However, one night I dreamed that a cat mummy brought a single skinny kitten to our terrace door and it wanted to come in, desperatly. I balked at it yet then, Tana arrived and sent his consent so I opened the door and the kitty was so happy and the mum and Tana left. The day after, I was offered a kitten out of a single litter and it looked so scrawny, you would have loved to warm and nourish it immediately. So we found and in the end picked up Malu and the foster mum packed a bag of treats and food together which were his fav ones and sent a list before so I stocked up pile high on these meals. Here, he refuses to eat this food, he only eats all the food Tana has eaten, exactly. And Tana ate such strange food, he had a very exquisite taste, so that we were unable to give the food to friends after he passed because neither our girls or their cats would like to eat them. Both males preferred and prefer now food with fruits and sweet and sour dishes and instead of the "old" Tana food, we are packing the new food for Malu and bringing it to the cat shelter now! So I am somehow assured we chose the right kitten. <3

It's the worst! My mother takes this time of year really hard. The eighteenth is the 20th anniversary of her father's death, and the day after is the anniversary of her sister's death. It's just awful.

Funny story about piano though! This past weekend I did an escape room with a friend and one of the keys that we needed involved a radio and a piano. The radio played the piano keys that we needed for the code (and there was a little wind up box that played 'memory' to make sure we knew that), but there were kids in the next room that were screaming so loud that I couldn't hear the keys the radio was playing. I actually have perfect pitch (only for the right hand), so I was SO frustrated that I couldn't hear the notes properly. It took about five minutes to get that particular clue and we lost the challenge because of that xD

Go to the show even if you're sick! You deserve it. Just wear a scarf to muffle your cough in :)
