Yesterday I had extra energy and so I helped my partner wash the dishes after dinner. He really appreciated it, and it made me feel good to be able to help!

Things are finally looking up for me! Depression is still an absolute little shit, and my autism doesn't help things, but I'm doing better than I've been for over 2 years! I've gone down a level in school (from VWO to HAVO, for the people who understand), and I'm actually doing well in school for once! It gets better, everyone. I know it doesn't mean much, but maybe it gives y'all some hope <3

I got 8 whole hours of sleep last night and my back doesn't hurt!!!!

I sent in a document for a massive project I'm working on to a mentor and now I'm waiting for her reply before I revise it and send it in

just sent my document to the next person for review anxiously awaits approval

Uhm... recently I had an advisor at work tell me that I was the best supervisor that she'd had and that it was obvious that I cared and that is why I pushed them to be better.

I've just got four weeks of school left, ever!!! I'm almost done with the soulsucking place, and it's actually going well with my grades! I am absolutely exhausted though, but that was a given :)

Yesterday I was really productive.
