Lol that's a good point too. I might intend to take a one hour nap and set an alarm for an hour. An hour later, if nothing truly pressing is going on, I'm slapping that alarm into silent submission and going back to sleep, probably for several hours more. Great, now my schedule's all upside-down AND I feel like crap. Naps: not even once!
