One of my more recent reads, The Sellswords trilogy by R.A. Salavatore. (Need to hunt down some of the more recent Salvatores that I don't yet own in which Artemis and Jarlaxle are supposed to show up because oh boy do I need more of them in my life.)

AHHHH, I LOVE THAT AUTHOR! I spent an awful lot of time as a teenager scouring every library in my county just so I could finish reading the Wild Magic series; the third novel was particularly hard to find, it took me months to hunt it out. (It was definitely worth it, though.) I wish I owned more of her novels, but no matter where I am, I always seem to be in competition with someone I know to get to them first. ;w;

R.A. Salvatore's Homeland, since that's where I started my Salvatore obsession and never looked back.

OH MY GOSH, YAYY! I find a lot of people that just absolutely despise his works and say he's dull and just do their darnedest to talk me out of my love for his books and it's just like, "I like what I like, it's not about to change, so leave me alone and go like what you like and we can both be happy." My copy of Sellswords has an unofficial suggested 'reading timeline' that I've been going by, so I haven't gotten further than that one (in part because it took me so long to find a copy of The Cleric Quintet, which I was adamant on reading before moving on to Sellswords), though I own at least the immediate next Drizzt trilogy (The Hunter's Blades trilogy), though I'm thinking I own the next two, if my memory of my collection is right. My beau is a huge Salvatore fan, too (he got me into his works, actually), so we have a pretty extensive collection minus the more recent things that we've not yet found used or on sale. I even have one of the novels he wrote with his son Geno, in which Drizzt is supposed to appear, though I've not read it yet.

- I think I've read the entire series as well! I love everything I've read by Jacqueline Carey! I really wish they would turn that series into a TV show, like "Game of Thrones". I think it could be incredible!

Neil Gaiman's Norse Mythology If you like Gaiman, or Norse mythology, and especially if you like both, this is a good read. (Seriously, good, I read it in two days, probably could have finished it in one if I'd wanted. >>; )
