Too true. It's also only our first meeting so I think it's mostly sitting down to talk about goals/pricing/etc. and then maybe a quick little session to see if we gel.

Can I randomly complain here? I very much need to vent.

I was just preparing to leave work this morning - and by preparing to leave, I mean I was standing next to my car door getting my keys out - when some raging douchenozzle came squirreling towards me through the snowy, icy parking lot doing cookies and shit. As he approached, he turned and apparently tried to drift into a space next to my car. He did not stop, however, seeing as how the pavement is snowy and icy, and instead rammed into the side of my car, slamming it into a truck parked next to me and almost making a sandwich out of me as I jumped out of the way. Like I seriously almost died. I'm now waiting for a tow truck, which is going to take hours because everyone is getting into accidents in the snow. Oh and he immediately took off after bouncing off my car. The cops are looking for him (hopefully).

I hate stupid people. I really loathe them.

Thank you! :) I'm feeling quite a bit better since they found the guy and he can hopefully be held accountable. Also, surprisingly, I only needed to replace the tire to get my car driveable again. I thought the axle and gas tank were probably damaged but I guess Subarus are pretty tough. Sure, it still has a big gnarly dent/hole in it, but at least I'm not as inconvenienced as I thought I would be. It's probably going to end up totaled though, which is sad.

Thank you! Indeed...he should sure lose his. I mean, I get it, it's fun to goof around and play in the snow, I've done it too...in a huge, EMPTY parking lot. Not one with other cars and people in it. Some people just don't think.

Thank you! :) Yeah, it sure was frustrating, especially since I had an important meeting to go to right after work that morning. It's rescheduled for tomorrow morning but it is its own whole other stressful thing so I'm just like ready to be done with this month. And winter, for that matter; this dampened my enthusiasm for the snow.

They do suspend licenses here for some things but I doubt this would be one of them if it's his first infraction. I really don't know though; I've never had any experience with such things.

I'm going twice a week and he's going to give me a customized workout to do on my own a 3rd day a week. Looking forward to BEEFING UP.

I hope your meeting went well! I'm not a big fan of winter anyway, I dislike having to dress up in all these layers and suffering from cold hands all the time. Well I have little clues about how things like licenses and suspending them works, I don't even have a license, but I wish you the best of luck with it!

Thanks :) Lol true. I enjoy wearing layers and winter clothing but needing too much can get restrictive. Like when it's so cold that my little radiator heater can't keep my room warm enough and I'm wearing three pairs of gloves and trying to type. XD Fortunately, it hasn't gotten THAT bad here this year.

Lately, when I'm at my desk at home, I bundle up in my sleeping bag. Which is OK for using the computer, but not very handy when you want to sew something because using the presser foot gets kind of tricky. xD

Lol I imagine so. When it gets really cold, I put on as many layers of clothes as possible and make a cape out of a plush throw blanket (fastened with a binder clip). Then I add my ushanka hat on top of that and end up looking like some kind of goofy Siberian superhero haha. At least I'm still mobile that way, but it is inconvenient. Also inconvenient: I can't effectively heat my downstairs, so all my cooking oil is solidified and I have to heat it before I can pour it out of the bottle. Everything in my fridge is literally frozen solid because it's colder in the room than in the fridge. I've actually had the water in my toilet bowl freeze solid. lol

Lol I live near Seattle, Washington. It's not that our weather is really all that extreme. We can only expect about a week or two where it gets down into the 20s (F) at night every winter, and we can't even count on getting snow every year...many places have much harsher winters. It's just that my house is over 100 years old and still has the original wiring downstairs, so I can't trust it with anything that draws as much current as a heater (updated wiring was added upstairs a couple decades ago, so that's modern enough, but the downstairs outlets are house fires waiting to happen). So my downstairs is effectively just outside with walls around it lol. I'm kind of attached to this house because my great-grandparents built it but I don't intend to live here forever.

Ah, I see. Can't you renovate the downstairs then?
