it's kinda the opposite of pokemon xD if your opponent does earth, you want earth defense. so it's more about matching types than picking opposites

Does the Grenade scale at all now, or no? I don't remember what the stats were like when tested it with her stronger pets.

Stats change when equipped with the Defensive Bandana. Without it, it deals 13 fire, 14 light, 13 water and heals 9% With the bandana, it deals 15 fire, light and water each, defends 25 fire, and heals 11% No curses, blessings or freezing that I noticed, which is kinda disappointing

No, they aren't. There are better weapons in the MC: Phoenix Quill (summer), Ether, OHS and Natasha (all year). ;)

Does anyone have suggestions for beating the dang maliss bopper. It's always obliterating me and I'm not really sure how to deal with it. I looked up good weapons on Subetalodge but the two weapons I found for it are both unbuyable with none in trades D:

I beat the Maliss bopper with Hydragellos Maniacal Core + Rapier of Error, along with 3 Shrieks, Gelaspell, & 5 Cobalt Eternal scrolls.

probably a dumb question but here goes... wasn't the idea of removing weapons from the monthly collection boxes suppose to be offset by the cash shop challengers originally? I was thinking I had seen a post that they were gonna have the cash shop challengers drop new weapons when you got your 5th win instead of having them in the monthly donation boxes... wasn't that the original plan? I know things change just curious if I was remembering it right, because I have noticed that the majority of cash shop challengers they have brought don't drop weapons... not that I need them to fight with just like collecting them for my gallery... and the gallery was growing faster when the donation ones had weapons....lol

Yeah, I'm not sure how great any of the weapons in the seasonal sections of the MC really are. I think some people would just buy the Pirate Cutlass for the wearable, since there aren't many other sword items like it. I wouldn't buy it just for the weapon aspect though.

Pirate cutlass is a T7 weapon, MW is a T12. Of course MW is better! lol For smaller pets though, the cutlass is the way to go. I have both and both are in my armory -- neither is in my wardrobe. It's hard to find good blockers for lower levels and, imo, the cutlass is worth the price tag. The MC carries weapons for all levels and the prices reflect that.
