Hi everyone, I'm back. Apologies for the delayed response; I wasn't feeling great last week and wanted to take the weekend off. (Well, we all know I can't really stop coding, but I tried to do less at least because I needed some rest.)

Anyway, some replies! But two things first: 1) If you want to bring up something unrelated to the weekly update (like wardrobe problems, other bugs) please do so in the relevant forums, not on this thread. 2) Thank you so much to everyone who said thank you - that sounds a bit cheesy but it really means a lot to me and encourages me to keep at it.

This is a good idea, just a bit tricky to implement. I don't want to make any promises but I'll keep thinking of some way to do it.

Thanks for pointing this out. There is an oversight in the code and I'll be working on a fix. Frozen users shouldn't show up on high score tables, and neither should pets listed with users who no longer own them. So it will be fixed as soon as I can :)

I think I just encountered this problem within my vault. Removed a sticker from my wishlist, attempted to remove it from my vault immediately afterwards and got this error:
That item isn&;t in your vault!</p>
<p>The item did not go to my inventory until I refreshed the page. Very similar to what was happening with collections.

Unfortunately, this is an entirely unrelated error, so I can't use the same fix. I personally have not been able to reproduce the vault error, so it is very mysterious to me.

Hm, this would be nice, but I'm not sure how feasible it is. I can look into it but no guarantees.

response If the thing you're asking about is really minor so you don't want to make a topic for it, you could post it on this thread: The giant list of usability and random improvement It's nothing personal, but I want to discourage off-topic responses on the update threads. I really don't want these threads to be seen as a good place to bring up random stuff for me. If there's things you want me to consider for future sprints, I assure you I stalk the bug forums and the suggestion forums obsessively :)

Okay, I woke up feeling a lot better this morning (YAY) and hopefully that means I can start being properly productive again! I'm so sorry this took so long.

  1. There's now a "Back to Job Agency" link when you collect your income.

  2. The food and book high score tables have been cleaned up a bit. Frozen users have been removed from the tables, and so have listings where the user no longer owned the pet. So check them out again, your place on the table should be accurate now and probably higher :D
