Sorry, but I am apparently not a funny person so I really don't get the appeal behind the blob. I personally don't need a blob with wings, I don't want an ice cube and I don't want an angry puddle of lava so this idea definitely won't get a single sP from my side. The squid and the pangolin aren't Pets I would ever get either but whatever, maybe they would look nicely in certain colors. I had preferred and in the voting pot though. ^^;

I don't like losing monies when I am broke sp wise. But if it sinks some sp then great. xD I don't care about the results because I'm one of those people that would just do an overlay and code it into the pet profile. Saves money. 8)

I was kind of baffled that the blob was an option if I am truly honest. I do see that there is potential of cool ideas...but it might not end up being the case. It depends on how the artist would ultimately interpret it. It's possible that Glacier wouldn't be an ice cube; it could just end up being a white and blue blob that looks sad like the other Glacier pets. And the more common colors like Sun, Marsh, Golden, etc. will only be recolors of the current blob, just like how it works for all the other pets. (I suppose one could argue that the Popoko is different because Lilac has a flower collar charm while cream has an ice cream charm, but that is super subtle). But in the end, I just wouldn't know what I'd do with a pet blob so that's the other reason why I'm not personally voting for it.

I voted for the 2759 because it's my favorite of those listed, and one of my favorites in general. I just think that it would look super gorgeous in the different special colors, regardless of how the artist ends up drawing it. I currently have a Chibi one, but I'd love to have different colors and poses to choose from. The Sloth would be a close second, but honestly I'm only sinking sP into one choice because I don't have a lot of it as is.

I went with the squid (I can't remember what any of the experiment numbers are), because it's the most unique option while still being comfortably pet-like. Always nice to have more non-mammalian options.

I'm still undecided as to whether the blob is in the running because staff genuinely have some good ideas for it, or if they're just messing with us/throwing it out there as a duff option. Regardless, people are getting way too optimistic about possible blob colours. You're not getting redraws for every standard colour fill, guys; you'd just be getting the same blob in different colours.

Same, I don't know if the staff is trolling us or really have some plans with the blob. But, if by some twisted miracle it should win, and it does so because the voters are passionate about the different redraws, then the staff have to consider that. It's design is simplistic enough for that. But if not, mehh... Or the blob wins and PLOT TWIST! Turns out it was actually the second most voted pet covered with goop! :D

Thanks for reminding me of the common colors like marsh, cream, pink.... Because that puts the pets also into a perspective I did not think about. Squid and pangolin would look great in all of those colors, but the sand cat, not so much, the sand effect would be ruined with the color palettes. It works great as a one-off saheric experiment. The possible reborn/angelic/graveyard designs don't look very creative or promising to me too. (prove me wrong! I'd love to hear different ideas for all the pet colors! :D )

Also, the cherry peacock reminded me of a watermelon slice, with it's eyes as the seeds! :)

I wasn't sure how the sand-cat (idk the experiment number) would look in the common recolors also. Of course, they could change the color of the sand to work well with some of the color palettes (like, a light brown/tan sand color rather than light gray). I do like the experiment though. I just have other preferences is all!

But at the same time, I don't tend to keep the recolors of the common pose; I tend to eventually color a pet into one of the special colors, so it doesn't truly matter to me!

I am going to be so disappointed if that blob wins. IMO, it's an experiment, not a pet, and I have no use for it. It feels more like a joke pet than a real pet, and my personal suspicions are that it would be a lot less popular in the long run than any of the other four because it's only popular now as a sort of meme-like thing. Any of the other experiments have more lasting value and appeal as pets.

I'm voting strictly for the pangolin, but I could live with the peacock or the squid. I don't really like how is dissolving, but that's me.
