Oh wow, that's lovely! The made of chocolate would likely be a yes, but a subtle one. So I actually think the softer edges look really nice! It's definitely most visible on the hair, and actually kind of took me a moment to notice. I like it. As well as fitting with the general chocolate feel, it also kind of adds a connection back to general subetan style, which on the whole is more cartoony. I'm rambling and tired. Ignore me. I think it's cute! (Which is ultimately what's desired.)

Oh no, this is gorgeous! Definitely the exact direction I was going for. I especially love what you did with his head and forelegs especially, that's a really cool perspective.

Only thing I'd like is maaybe see if you could pull in one of his back legs in a little bit closer together (maybe the one on the left, that's foreshortened?) just so he's not showing off too much of his grundel. If that would be hard to do without redrawing or making it look awkward though, don't bother. :) I know horse bodies are wild, and I seriously love this and can't wait to see the rest.

Ooh, very nice! I think I might like to see a softer color merge for the lower legs dark->milk line. Not sure if that would happen in the shading stage or whatnot. But otherwise, it's just lovely!

Oh my! She's so beautiful! I absolutely love what you've done with the mane/hair. I can't stop admiring the shading work on it!

I'm wondering about one potential change - the shading on the rump scales seems just a tiny bit flat, compared to the rest. I was hoping I could potentially see an edit that has a slight bit more highlighting or something on the gems. When looking at some other Legeicas (I think Bloodred is a pretty good example), the shape of the gems is a bit more defined. I'm not asking for quite that extreme, but maybe just add a touch?
