Was hoping to get a profile for Vilified. I was thinking of going for a sort of "dark unicorn" aesthetic, something along the lines of this. I don't think it should be too complex - honestly picturing something kinda similar to Angered (I love them so much)

Basically just a horse with a horn, drawn in a similar pose to the original, with around 1-2 small props. (Necklace and a ground trinket). I can PM you with some references and a more detailed description if you'd be interested!

[spoiler=Reference details] This overlay would be for my pet Chocolaterie - a playful chocolate Legeica.

Coloring & Design: At her core, she's still a Legeica. I envision a milk chocolate body, dark chocolate scales and lower legs, white chocolate mane and embellishments. (Some speckles are a must.) I had some art done that is probably pretty close: [Img]https://i.imgur.com/xcQU9i2.png[/img] I think I'd like for there to be a little more milk chocolate added to her mane- maybe in light swirls. Also, I think I'd like to see what it would look like if her ankle hair wasn't actually in the front of her legs (so only along the back, but still the same height.)

Body Size: I'd like for her to be a little lankier than your normal Legeica. The horse you have in your first post is probably the minimum I'd set. Most legeicas are stockier than I'd prefer.

Pose: Something playful. She's meant to be happy, but I don't really have much beyond that. I do prefer that her mane wrap around her ears- I'm not a fan of the completely windblown look of something like the spectrum Legeica. I'd like the pose to be facing to the right, as she's also my battler and really should be facing her opponents.

I would also greatly appreciate being able to see the line art/sketches as you're working.[/Spoiler]

[Edit] Oh, realism! So the overlays you've done for not straight Subeta art are just gorgeous. I'm definitely more interested in leaning toward the realistic side, rather than just copying the Subeta style. I don't know if that makes any sense (but this is where lineart might be helpful.) (So, in your example post, the first 4 of your overlays, as opposed to the last 4.)

Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you! I was away from consistent internet access for the past few days, and also wanted to find you some better references.

To expand on his description, I was hoping to have something similar to the original darkmatter legecia, with him lying on his back or side, witha longing/melancholy expression. Instead of darkmatter, I'd like to have him looking off toward a broken snowglobe on the ground, and wearing one half of a broken heart necklace wrapped around his horn, like the one in his treasure. (If that kind of detail is possible, I know it's a pretty small canvas) Finally, he has a horn shaped like a broken lightning bolt, and an thin L-shaped scar on his left cheek. (If its not visible because of his pose however, thats fine)

For his overall shape, I'm honestly picturing something a bit similar to =https://subeta.net/pets/angered]Angered (mostly because I love them) but with uncloven hooves and a tail that are closer to a regular horse. His colors would mostly be black, but I would like to capture some hints of purple where I can - such as in his eyes and horn, possibly some hints in his hooves and hair. (I could see a shade somewhere between either darkmatter or storm, he fits both colors pretty equally)

Here are some sketches of his human self, and some attempts at horses. (If you can forgive my terrible anatomy, and the fact his horn isn't quite this short) As always though, I trust your artistic eye a lot more than my own, so feel free to take some liberties if you think it would look better.
