Hi I see your following dr's orders and taking it easy here. I am okay just mentality tired from all that goes with moving. Seems like we dont darn pack hubby's tools, poor guy was doing repairs yesterday.
that does suck and yes I am following drs. orders I have been taking it easy but still doing my walking it beats laying around in pain all the time I just walk around the yard that way if something happens I wont be far plus my grand daughter won't leave my side after she heard I was having my chest cut open to save my heart she won't let me out of her sight if I try to go somewhere without her she takes her index finger and middle finger and puts them up to her eyes and then points that me she does this a few times to let me know she has her eye on me
High five to your grand daughter!!! Walking will keep the blood circulating and you wont get stiff sitting so much.

I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for about 4 years. Froze my butt off! My first Hubby was in the Navy stationed there.
