They really were. It's sad that you have to have cable to watch cartoons nowadays (although those were not cartoons!) Fortunately I do but I feel bad for those that don't.
Also it's nice to see that I'm not the only person here old enough to remember! I love love new stuff like Gravity Falls but it's also good to remember the old good shows!

Omg... I had no idea how difficult it would be to recreate Nausicaa's outfit! Other than the background, I couldn't find any other tribute items, so I had to work with what I could find.

<p>First off, I wanted to say!! GREAT JOB EVERYONE on your HA entries!!! They all look sooooooooo amazing and , , and I and going to have such a hard time judging all these amazing creations! ;)</p>
<p>Second, we are going to extend this contest ONE more day. So, we will be taking entries until 11pm Saturday evening!! Judging will now be done on Sunday, and winners and prizes will be announced/given on Monday!</p>

i literally throw all the entries into one big page - so its not username based. i love everyone and im biased so i had to do it this way, so we all 3 choose our favs and judge based on who chooses what, its kind of complicated in my opinion but somehow be and hibiscus both chose the EXACT same top three damn! good luck to all of you! idk even know usernames associated with what i chose XD! i drink alot sooooooooooooooooooooooo
