Hello! My entry is based on Mayor Karp, the NPC who teaches you how to fish and raise magikarp in Magikarp Jump :D

It is actually not fully finished. I am waiting on Ursa's magikarp tribute CW to be approved actually so I can add it to the corner! But since the contest ends later today, and the CW may not be approved on time, I wanted to post this now so I don't forget and miss the deadline.
