- CE is hard cus no healing :( Be sure to bring all your full blockers and all your heaviest hitting bombs. (I like iron fireside lantern for her cus she doesn't block any of the damage, and there's a change for a nice curse)
Only have one full blocker right now... and I should invest in another lantern lol. I'm not too worried though, I'll get there eventually.
I don't know if anybody saw, or cared, but I mentioned the use of Evil Potion as a booster yesterday, and the potential it had.
Well anyway, I went ahead and used 100 of them for comparison against tomes because of the potential to hit +5, regardless of the potential -2 it also gives. Anyway after 100 of them;
Before; Level: 2839 Health: 4945 / 4945 Strength: 3610 Defense: 3278 Speed: 3011
After; Level: 2994 (+155) Health: 4945 / 5058 (+113) Strength: 3756 (+146) Defense: 3377 (+99) Speed: 3151 (+140)
Noticeable boosting; Favoured giving +5 to Strength and Speed, while taking away defense.
Paying 2m for each, thats 200m In contrast to using tomes for similar results at 2.5m each, I'd expect to pay 155m Tomes have the added bonus of increasing intel whereas Evil Potions do not.
So if anyone cares, Tomes are way better, ahaaa.
Side note; Unlocked Lots of Health! Have lots of health points.
Got the 5k health achievement! Woo-hoo
Still a decent amount of stats, so at least it wasn't a complete waste for your experiment.
For sure, besides I was convinced the evil potions were going to be better overall, so I'm pleasantly surprised actually because I tend to only boost with tomes, so its nice to know I got the best bang for my buck thus far ;D
Huh wow that's not bad at all. Congrats on all your delicious stats and gaining a new achievement as well~
You Won! You have defeated Prodigy Kuuipo earned 3500 EXP Points!
BQs completed. I'm on a roll.
Thanks for sharing your experiment re stat boosting.

Just beat Crithbolcan for the first time in BQs! If I weren't a little burnt out on battling from the Gelly Way I might consider trying some wins outside of BQs...
By the by, do you guys use the Natasha as a staple weapon? Considering buying one.

When I owned one I used it quite a lot, especially with the Cronus blade. The bullets it makes does help against steal happy jerks sometimes too. Plus it's not bad alternative to the Possessed Bow if you can't find one of those.
Hoping the damage for the new BG is what my pets got.

Is PoBow better than Natasha? I was under the impression it was the other way round.

I used to have both and while Natasha offered a little more block, PoBow had it's awesome 100 icon curse and freeze possibility.... All in all it's up to you in the end what to aim for. :) I'm sure someone else can weigh in and help you better.
Ah I see. I've been comparing them on SL and I decided on the Natasha mostly because of the 10% heal, but if PoBow is that comparable I might just try to buy one of those instead.

did anyone ever figure out stats on the scroll from the new jelly guy
[tp=thesovereign] :dmg🔥 [tot=thesovereign] :dmg🔥 [egg=thesovereign]
Paramesian Buttwing Bomber Paramesian Recycle Beast

I got these stats based on 10 battles (not very definitive sample size, but anyways...):
:dmg:physical: 7 :dmg:earth: 7-8
:block:dark: 10
:heal: -200
And according to , a BA has confirmed it has 85% freeze rate.
I posted the weapon stats in the news. I haven't thoroughly tested the freezing chance as it was laggy that night, but I believe it could be as high as 20-25 percent. I'll do some further testing later to get a better picture of it.
Edit: It's an OPB scroll now. The stats for the scroll below are now for historic purposes.
Guys here are a few things I being thinking: I know I'm selling 2 P-Bows but someone toll me Natasha is much better option so I check stats of both weapons fully modded. Natasha 54 damage (4mods) 100 fire block 10% 12.5% to spam 1-2 bullets
P-Bow 49.5 damage (3mods) 90 Fire block 7.5% 10% to freeze and curse 100 icons. The thing I see is that Natasha can deal 4.5 more icon more damage mostly because of mod which means more likely for blessing to activate. It does protect 10 more fire block and heals 2.5% more. As per bullets, I find them a bit useless. Bullets deal 55 icons of random icon and provide blessing of 7 icons overall protect +stealing protection. Not worth using a turns weapon slot on them since there are usually better option. Now compare that to Pbow curse/freeze. Curse deals 100 damage but 10% to activate, which is 1 in every 10 turns. Which means the curse is about 10 icons per turn. Add that to the Pbow and is a 59.5 icon damage. As for freeze, it's the same 10% freeze chance per turn. Which you gain a free turn for damage, heal and not taking damage. So: 5.5 damage icons + 10% freeze > 10 fire block + 2.5% heal + weapon spam. Pbow seems to be much better than Natasha unless you are facing an opponent that steal weapons Looks at previews Jelly War Note: Can someone verify thats actallully 10% chance? It seems to be from my testing but it can be 8~12%, some more testing could be nice :p
Another thing: Freezing is currently the most broken mechanic in the game. A free turn! If anyone play pokemon competitive will know how Serene Grace (flinch) or Freeze is so annoying. So, I was thinking on strategies around it. Currently the best spell gives 9% freeze. Now, the thing is finding high freeze damage unlimited weapons: Sierrac Basal Ice Flail ~ 13% freeze + 7% heal (600cap) + 35 ice/water block + 35 damage (2mods) Daemons Poisonous Quills ~ 13% Freeze + 11 earth/ice block + 38 damage (3modded) Frostbite Amulet ~ 18% free + 60 Water block + 29 damage (2modded) Twisted Keeper Focus (Needs testing) ~ 10~20% Freeze/Steal + 25 Dark/Ice/Wind Block + 2% Heal + 16 Damage (4Mods) Honor mention until test better Now, you want to use the freezing mod to increase your freezing chances. Freezing Baguette Crystal adds 2% per each. Now the Sierrac Basal seems to be the best with damage/heal/block but only provides 13% chance. Between frosbite and daemons, frosbite have the higher freeze rate/block but lower icons. So in total, the freeze rate could be: 9% + 13% + 18% + 2% + 2% + 2% + 2% = 48% right? WRONG! This is done a bit differently. 100 x 0.91 x 0.87 x 0.98 x 0.98 x 0.98 x 0.98 = 73.02..... 100% - 73.02% = 26.97% Lets just say 27% for simplify things. Twisted Keeper Focus is not addded for 2 reason, because freeze rate is unconfirm and replace it for Sierrac Basal Ice Flail is not worth it since it offer better utility but will might increase freeze rate a bit ;) This is mostly for trolls and I haven't test it yet. Still 27% freeze per turn!!!! To put it on perspective as a whole set as to offer against a top tier set of the icon we are blocking. This set offers: Sierrac Basal Ice Flail + Frostbite Amulet + Gelaspell Scroll 87.5 damage icons 35 ice / 95 water block 7% heal (600 cap) 27% freeze
Other set: Sword of the Seven Seas + Wand of the Phoenix + Tasselled Aegis Scroll (weapons parched modded) 131 damage icons 100 ice / 100 water / 8 dark 29% heal (gods cap at 999)
Amazing block if you ask me.... difference in stats: 43.5 damage 95 Ice/ 15 water / 48 dark / 10 everything else 24.25% Heal
Now keep in mind that every opponent is different. Some won't allow blessing/curse/freeze/steal/block certain damage/heal and more. Also, this is a match with an even set of water/ice block. Not many opponent will make those icons to make this set more viable. Still, the freeze rate is amazing and we are comparing it to a set worth billions when at current market price the only expensive item is frosbite at 56m (45m in winter)
Thats pretty much what I had in my mind. What you guys think? Overthinking it much?
P.S. I might be doing a bit much or less activation rate on weapons. It's hard to obtain a firm activation rate without a BA.
Grr, didn't have a chance to kill a single Wizard this year!
On the other hand I reached 5.6mil damage, and killed like 900 minis to reach the top achievement, so did well overall.
My average damage estimate was very close.
But since the data only represents 10.6% of damage needed, I end up with a 15.7% over-estimate of rounds needed to get 5mil; not so close.
On the up-side, fine tuning along the way means the average continues rising, and the estimate can't be 15.7% LOW on accident. :p
