I like that idea! And I was just thinking about that achievement too, I'm not sure if it should be retired or not because IDK what they'll do with Gelatin Wars in the future. But it might be nice to re-purpose it a bit and give it a cool forum title.

Do you need any of those for the achievements? I'm just waiting for the Golems (which I think will be the next ones out, right?) and then the Wizards (hopefully I can beat at least a few this year).

yeah since so few people have it anyway, it'd be nice to make it more accessible (I just really want it cuz it's the only one I need)

I also thought it was kind of weird that the achievement that's actually called "Hydragellos Slayer" is just for having the Core in your amory and not for actually slaying it. It might have made more sense to switch the names.

I'm also not sure if it's possible to change the requirements for an achievement that already exists, but for future Gelatin Wars (and maybe this one as well) it would be cool if they could change the Gelatin Hero achievement to be for earning a Core as a prize by doing enough damage. It would still take effort to obtain, but it would be less random and available to more than one or two people per year.

Oh yeah, the Gelashells too. I have the achievement for those, but I'll still fight for the loot and EXP. I know the Wizards are last because they're the hardest, I'll try to be mostly done with the Hydra before they show up so I can focus on them.

I don't know actually but it'd be nice if they could.

since adding titles to old achievements can be wonky, they could make it a metaachievement or whatever those are called for having all of the gelatin achievements

Hmm I wonder if the golems and the others get new loot too... we shall see soon enough.

Good point, didn't they have to change it back to collecting forum titles manually because of that? An achievement for having all of the other defeating gelatin achievements would be cool too if changing an existing one isn't possible.

It seems like they're doing at least one new loot item for each so far, so I hope there will be some new stuff for those as well. I don't remember what the previous loot items are though.

Gellashell had food and a plushie, Golem I think had a vial but I might totally be wrong there. Wizard gave out a scroll and a minion... lol again might be wrong it had been a while.

But new loot is always welcome. More books would be cool too. :)

Oh yeah, the Golems just give out a bunch of random vials, and I think not just on the 5th win. You get special vials for completing the achievements for that one.

From what I can tell on Subetalodge, I have all of the loot items from the previous years (except for the Wizard stuff, because I haven't been able to beat him yet). I hope they at least bring back the Wizard's book since it's pretty expensive in shops, and maybe have one new item for him this year.

last year I think it was the beanbag instead of the plushie. I can't keep this loot straight at all but I hope to see some new stuff!

I don't think any of it is super expensive either except for the Wizard's book, so I think we can afford to have new stuff this year anyway!

I'd be happy with some new scrolls or something, new books are always a plus too
