I never have found the bird she asked me for over a week ago and have given up on this game. Last year when it was running it was a lot easier to find the birds, so just wondering if something changed (besides Vesnali starting).

I started having trouble before Vesnali (about 3-4 days roughly) and have brought those I stored for the bird watching game just in order to continue thinking it was a one or two time occurance. I have also about quit..for all I know the birds no longer show at all. shrugs

I had found all the birds before Vesnali. it's with the start of Vesnali that the birds no longer appeared no matter how many hours on, just flowers.

I don't know for sure that it was a glitch not finding the birds. I've heard that birds have stopped appearing until Vesnali is over so we can find flowers. But I never did find the bird she asked me for over a week ago so gave up. And I just bought the flowers to make 1 bouquet to get the achievement and don't plan on making any more unless the prices come way down. Good luck to you. :)

I've been having an incredibly hard time finding birds ever since the game was brought back. First it was the Darkside Kite. I looked on and off for a week for that. Nothing. Finally pulled one from my vault. Now it's the Calypte. I spent a few -hours- zoning out to TV series and refreshing and no luck at all. Lots and lots of flowers. No bird. Even with floating item events in the past, it would still only take me roughly a dozen refreshes to find the bird. Now it's taking hours? Something has had to have changed.

Just a note that it was every easy to find the gaunnet today, only took me a couple of refreshes.

Just opened subeta and the bird I was looking for since last week popped out. It's official, it was Vesnali's fault.

I started having problems before Vesnali i.e. 3 days, used my bird I had at that time, couldn't find any during Vesnali, then after Vesnali had no problem finding another from Shadowglen, so not sure if that particular bird before or Vesnali. Could have been a combination of both.

Was having the same problem until Vesnali ended. Simply couldn't find the required bird no matter how much I searched. Since the end of the event the bird is always 1 or 2 pages away.

Yes! 2 days ago I was supposed to find the Omen Islands bird, and there's only so many things to click on there, but I clicked around on and off for 2 days without finding it. Finally, I took the bird from my minion zoo yesterday to "find it".

Today I was supposed to find the Centropolis bird and I thought, oh great, but I found it fairly fast.

- for what it's worth, aside from during floating item holidays, only the Omen Islands bird is hard to find (and I haven't been asked for that again since Vesnali ended). The other birds, even the regional ones are usually pretty easy.

I'm still struggling with the Omen Islands Gannet.

So far no issues here either since Vesnali ended although I haven't been asked to find any world birds since it ended but just random birds and so far they have appeared for me.

I had the omen island bird and found it after less than 10 refreshes - but I skipped the omen island image and was refreshing in the port of plunder. I wonder if its specifically the new island map that's an issue?
