I have to try galanga now! It sounds like one I would like. I eat turmeric every morning in my smoothie bowl. :-) My hubby and I both think cooking beef in a lot of liquid kind of reduces the flavor. Kind of hard to explain cause it's fairly subtle. I have a meatloaf recipe using oats. That's my go to wheat substitute. When I was a kid meatloaf was my fav thing to eat! lol I swear my ma could make 101 different dishes using burger. Aren't crock pots and slow cookers one and the same? Yeah I'm the only one that eats eggplant at my house too! :-P I hope Monday morning doesn't come too fast for you!!!! :-)

Hale’s grandma gave us like 50 tomatoes from her tomato plants so I have been using tomatoes in everything lol!! Gonna make stuffed tomatoes tonight, hope they are good!

Girl, talking about wearing purple, when I was in high school I had these purple fade out jeans XD They were awful, dark purple at the bottoms and faded up to light lilac purple. Used to wear them to school and I thought I was so cool XDD
