UGH. We just had a situation at work. Receptionist called me in tears. Angry client and she didn't deal with it very well and has major anxiety. She's like texting me nonstop about it now. I just texted her back and told her to stop obsessing.

Oh boy! Is the client ok?

No. She's super upset with the way it was handled. I guess the two staff that were there went into the back room to call the owner and fill him in and probably just stood there and bitched about her and she overheard the whole thing.

Yep. Definitely not. I've totally been guilty of it as well, so it's a nice reminder that clients can actually hear basically everything that's going on and we want to maintain a professional environment. So I have to go in early to deal with this.

pretty good, still tired but when your not a morning person that's normal x3 i got a guinea pig cage cleaned yesterday and a little box and doing the same thing today when kids are napping again. how are you today?

Going to my husband's dads tonight for dinner. My mom and sister and spending the night tonight and we are gonna go do a girls day tomorrow and sunday going to my husband's grandmas. Busy busy DX how bout yourself?
