Hi, everyone! As some of you might know, and I have been working on a FAQ that we’ll be adding to the Help Page as well as on the News ‘Check Out’ section.
Before we start posting it everywhere, we want your feedback and suggestions on it! If you think the wording is weird anywhere or you think there is information missing from a section, ping me! We tried to use as many keywords as possible for each quest/answer section, so it’ll be easy for users to search the document for what they want. Again, if you have suggestions ping me! :)
Things to ignore for the moment:
Cause you told me to. Needs a little section on achievements
- in the wears section, I'd suggest adding something about searching the wardrobe for answers if they are looking for specific wearables (red hat, etc) or to check out Subetalodge - the SB gets questions like that all the time and it'd be a great idea if people were just directed there by the FAQ instead :)

Maybe a section in the forums part about what minimods are and what they can help you with? :)
There is a mention of CSC before CSC is even introduced, maybe you can add a little tip in parenthesis after saying a pet's name can be changed for 500CSC. So maybe change:
"The first one costs 500 CSC and you can change the name to any available name through the Pets Page." to "The first one costs 500 Cash Shop Credits (more on CSC here) and you can change the name to any available name through the Pets Page."
And put a jump link to the CSC section with it.
Yeah, I want to add more things like that throughout. Like I said in the first post though, this order isn't exactly concrete so right now pets come first but cash shop might later. Def will no matter what do a ref post to the CSC!
[edit]
Pushed a change with this edit! :)
I'd add something to this: You can turn in the original map as many times as you wish, for a reward but the Omen Islands Map can only be turned in once to access the Omen Islands. You explain the the Omen Islands map grants you access to the island, but not what the other map gets you, if anything.
I'dd add something to this: "The Wizard is a little different because instead of giving random items and/or sP, he will give you his own Wizard Tokens.
I'd capitalize "PayPal" in the How do I get Cash Shop Credits? section.
I'll edit this post if I find more.
EDIT: "sCode is our own site shortcuts to post things and also a way to post emoticons." doesn't make sense.
Perhaps "sCode is Subeta's own version of coding that allows you to use site shortcuts, embellish your posts in the forums and even create pet profiles!"
EDIT: Actually, this whole piece is weird. "For example, you can link to a user profile by posting and it will show up like (show example for name, maybe for Keith). See a more full list of types of sCode on the sCode page."
I would instead put "For example, you can link to a user's profile by typing [user = username] with no spaces and it will shop up like See a complete list of sCode shortcuts here." and add a link.

Love this page idea!! :D Thank you and Destiny for all the effort... ❤️ But, Major Drills is only 20 quests per day for regular users... ^_^
Might be good to add on when the loyalty boxes start in the pet slot/dashboard section since I know some assume that they start at 1 year on site. Also, possibly what loyalty boxes are if it isn't mentioned in the FAQ already. Also, about loyalty boxes, mention that it goes by date and time when a user joined the site since I've seen numerous questions asked by users who think it's just the date they joined and not the timestamp of when they joined as well.
Alright, I get you guys wanna be "professional," but you gotta at least keep "Pew Pew Battle Battle".
yep, understood ^^ And glad I could make a helpful suggestion :D I'll take a more thorough look now and post any suggestions in one post
What do all the options in Quick Stock mean? From your shop menu, you can items to various areas on site.
Shop: This will move items to your current shop Vault: This will move items to your vault Wardrobe: This will move items into your wardrobe that are not already there Armory: This will move weapons into your armory Collection: This will move any collection items to their proper collection if they are not already in there. This is a GA feature. Keep: This will keep items in your inventory. Donate: This will donate items to the Donation Center. Delete: This will delete items from the site. You can not undo this!
Not sure if it's possible to have "generic" links that links to the wardrobe page, the shop page, vault page, etc., but that might be useful just for thoroughness.
The main point of this post though, is I would bold, underline, capitalize, 50 pt font YOU CANNOT UNDO THIS! under delete. maybe also add the word permanently. Permanently delete items from the site. AKA don't do this.
possibly a section on the free shop in the shop section mentioning that it only restocks when staff opens it and there will be an announcement when that happens. I've seen users ask about it before.
Maybe a section of Who Are the Staff?, and list the site owner, programmers, artists, UAs, minimods, and if they have a specific, special role (example, I think Jessi does pet spotlight?). It kinda stinks when you don't know who your peeps are, ya know?
Also, "Angelic, Hydrus, Galactic, Nostalgic Steamwork, and Sweetheart are not available from the zapper." is missing a comma after 'nostalgic.'
Updated! Updated Wizard, PayPal, Map, and sCode. Yeah, I'll go through and add links to those places. I thought we already did that, haha.
oh unless control+f lied to me, I don't see a mention of admin posts please please please mention this + link it
[edit] and maybe the status page?
I'd change "You may have heard the phrase, “necroing a topic.” This means that a user has posted on a topic where the last post was a long time ago. "
to "You may have heard the phrase, “necroing a topic," which means that a user has posted on a forum thread where the last post was made a long time ago. "
EDIT "Since your account is stored through a user ID, you have the option of changing your username. To do so costs 1000 CSC and can be done here. Be aware that this is a permanent change (unless you pay again of course), so be sure that you want to change your username. Also note that you can only change your username once a month so choose wisely.
Your username must be 3 or more alphanumeric characters and can only contain one underscore (_) if you choose to include one. You can no longer use spaces or periods (.) in your username. There are still users that have shorter usernames, but they are older players. We will keep your old username(s) on record"

"Since your account is tracked through a unique user ID, you are given the option of changing your username. To do so costs 1000 CSC, or Cash Shop Credits, and can be done here. Read more about CSC in this section here. The change is permanent (unless you pay again of course,) but you can only change your username once a month. Choose wisely!
Your username must be 3 or more alphanumeric characters and can only contain one underscore (_) if you choose to include one. You can no longer use spaces or periods (.) in your username. There are still users that have shorter usernames, spaces, and periods, but they are older players and were "grandfathered" in. We will keep your old username(s) on record.
The username you want to change to must not be already taken. The only exceptions are accounts that are inactive. In this instance, a note will show at the top of your profile saying that you can pay to claim this username. Your username must be appropriate, meaning that it won't be hidden by the bad word filter. Making a new account instead of paying to change your username will result in both accounts being frozen."
