Might want to add what constitutes an open name like when an account is inactive for atleast 1 year those names come available and what not.

This was a great idea of something to make for people to look at, or for the rest of us to reference to other new users when helping to answer their questions! :)

Nostalgic pet section mentions Essence of Melody but fails to mention you can receive it as an achievement prize each year by visiting Melody for 25 days of Luminaire. (It's only mentioned you can buy it via MC) Storm pet section: I do hope you do explain a bit about Tempest (and it'll also explain why sometimes the maps are rainy)

You forgot to mention Neela and how you can get it from Cash Shop. (I'm going to go ahead and submit this post now because that's pretty important XD)

Pet names can be from 1 to 30 characters long and should only contain alphanumeric characters (abc123), periods (.), spaces ( ), dashes (-), underscores (_) or a combination of any of those. The name must be available, and not already in use by another pet, (usernames don't count.) The only exception is for inactive accounts, which will have a note to let you know that their username and all of their pets names are available for you to claim.

Only the American/English alphabet can be used (Aa, Bb, Cc, etc.). The use of unicode, diacritics (accents, tildes, etc.), script languages (Chinese/Japanese/Kanji/Arabic/etc.), or the likes, is not allowed. Overly vulgar or inappropriate pet and minion names will NOT be tolerated on this site. Some examples of this are names containing or intending to represent swear words, sexually explicit words, or racial slurs. The section headers are amusing, why don't you keep them as subtitles or in parentheses?

In the pet section, maybe add a note that pet names are unique?

What happens to event currencies when the event shop is retired and moved to the Antique shop?

Quest section: You could mention that sometimes you can get an extra quest buff from an event. Generally, what buffs are and what they do. (Not an FAQ thing, but adding remaining time to the buff tooltip would be awesome, but that might be my gamer past speaking.)

I don't really think that the wording of the question "I want to buy a specific amount of CSC and/or a monthly GA. Is there an easy way to do this?" really matches the answer. Something along the lines of "I want to buy a set amount of CSC and/or a GA every month. Can I have this done automatically/can I subscribe/can I set up automatic billing..." would be better in my opinion. "I want to buy a specific amount of CSC" sounds more like "I want to be able to buy 1650 CSC or 2222CSC or some other specific number" or at least that's how it sounds to me.

&Antique shop - I would honestly change "main pet" to "active pet" &Rarity 160 - Alchove items are rarity 160 and that should be mentioned, I think. &Avatar Skins - Since it IS so rare to get a skin from an achievement, I would list the few that we do have (Flameo... any others? Lol I don't even know xD) &Hexes - I would mention the items that remove hexes (and the snowballs during Luminaire) for users that might want to lessen their chances of being hit with them.

(omg thank you for getting BSB stuck in my head lmao) &Quests - Do we still need a map to open Omen Islands to get to Carl and stuff? If so, needs to be mentioned.

Other things I noticed: & NO mention of Recycle Beast, but I see recycle shop mentioned. Sadface. &Mention of forum points but no forum shop. &No mention of Carnival at all (but props for mentioning Ruffie Raffle) XD
