She sat up finally looking at Magnus and Drew, they seemed uninjured. She used her wand to bring her bag to her and took out a bottled water and then looked up at Lee. "Thirsty? your going to have to shift back if you want some.." trying to tempt him.

"You okay, Drew?" Magnus asked. "I don't smell any blood. Char's got 'im calmed down. Did a fantastic job."

Drew glanced at Magnus as the younger boy came over and sat with him. His arm tightened around Dodger slightly. Part of him wanted to cry and part of him wanted to just leave. And he couldn't do either. "I'm alright," he said in a quiet voice. "Glad she got him calmed."

Magnus slipped his arm around the older boy. "Shh," he said quietly, "Lee's a good guy. Don't give up on 'im okay." He rubbed the boy's back. "Yeah fearless, was cool to see." His voice was in awe, she'd done well.

Lee-dog shifted back up into just Lee.

He sighed. "You are dirty..." he said quietly. His previous cigarette had gone out, so he lit a new one. "You ok..?" he looked concerned.

"I can see that I am going to need to start seeing my shrink again, " he said, his voice almost a whisper. "I know they said that anger is normal from what I have gone through, the losses and all, and I thought I mostly had it under control, but..." he inhaled deeply, then exhaled," circumstances have led me to think that maybe...I need more counseling, more practice. In not letting things get to me," he added. "In talking about the crap that's getting to me." he sighed.

He looked at Charlotte. "In trying to handle these new emotions that are so strong," he said, then leaned over and kissed her. "So strong," he breathed.

Drew looked at Magnus in disbelief. Then he shook his head and said, "I never said he wasn't a good guy. I liked him and helped calm him down last night in the common room. I just didn't think he'd turn on me just because I'm friends with you and was upset that he punched you." His voice rose slightly and he said, "I'm sick of being told I'm a coward and a traitor, Magnus. I never should have come to this workshop, but I thought it would be fun. And contrary to what Lee thinks, I wanted to support my house. I don't know it's the American muggle in me or what, but if I don't like something, I say so. And apparently that's the wrong thing to do here."

Magnus gave small sad laugh. "Ere I was thinking I shouldn't've come. I'm poison, everything I touch seems to just go wrong. But you ain't a coward. You were very brave, standing up for me. But, you know, I know what its like to struggle with anger, so I don't think it's all 'is fault and 'e probly didn't mean 'alf of it. Its not you, its me, mate, it really is me. I was really rude to Charlotte when I first met 'er, if 'e knows that, then 'e 'as a right to 'ate me."

Lotties eyes were HUGE from the kiss her cheeks had gone red. "umm...I..maybe?" she sighs..."I know what you went through was hard Lee...and they dont know what you went through...they are young ya know? They dont know the crap I went through...but thats not their problem...we are just getting here...and just getting to know each other." she sighs...she didnt look like she hated the kiss.

"Will you stay here while I check on them? I want to make sure no one needs healing."

She stood and walked to the boys, leaving her charm up. She knelt down in front of them her wand in her hand. She looked over Dodger gently first. He didnt seemed injured. Then she looked at the two youngling. "Any injuries? any pain anywhere...." She smeared some dirt on her cheek as she wiped it with her sleeve checking the two over. She then dog in her bag and took out cotton candy and set the tub in front of them. "I know you dont get it...because you dont know me...but here...sweets help me when Im feeling...out of sorts."

She then started to get up out of the crouch and make her way back to Lee.

EDIT ((sorry)) She stopped her back to them. "I would never let anything happen to either of you...even if I was afraid..even if you were a P.I.T.A...its not in my nature."

she then continued her way back.

He wasn't sure how much Charlotte heard but he didn't care if she heard it. He was amazed at how she got Lee calm and he had been a jerk to her so there was nothing knew. "It's okay," he said, "thank you for calming 'im. And I really did 'ave your best interests at 'eart." He said, watching her head back to Lee.

Lee smiled, then returned to his smoking. "Sure thing," he said, and watched her leave.

Lenore has been siliently watching from nearby and is glad things have calmed down. There is still so much she doesn't know about her fellow students.

"You're not poison," Drew said firmly. "I'm the one that doesn't fit in, Mags. I'll never be anything but a half-blood...just your average human with a touch of magic that I don't even know enough about to do any," he said with a slight bitterness. He was about to ask his friend what he'd done to Charlotte when the being in question came over to them.

Drew's first instinct was to tell her to get her paws off his dog and play with her own. And then to be placated like a toddler with sweets. He gave Lottie a look. There were so many things he wanted to say but didn't. "I'm fine," he said in a cool voice. And you're not my mum and I hate being patronized, he longed to add. It's not as though she was that much older than he was and it didn't sit well with Drew at all.

"At least you know what blood you 'ave," Magnus said. "But I don't care about your blood status. And if you don't know, than I'll teach you. I ran defense club, I can 'elp. You could also come on me shifting nights, Dad and Paul could 'elp too. You belong Drew. Better than I do."

( Hi! ) He saw the girl he hadn't spoken too off in looking uncomfortable, but he was with Drew right now.

She sighs....'Im insane, she thought.' she turned and walked back to Mags and Drew and sat down crosslegged in front of em.

"Listen...I know your going to think whatever you want. Mags..your not poison..youve been through a lot ok? A lot of us have. Im not saying what you went through is any less important then ours...its just we deal with it our own way ok?"

she then looked at Drew. "If you want to hate me...thats fine...it has nothin to do with coming from the muggle world...Im from the muggle world as well...and I might not be doing the best I could...but Im doing. You will be fine."

"Both of yous can hate me if you want...you can hate Lee if you want...we arent bad people...and Mags...if one day you would like to discuss a theory Ive come up with on why there might be chaos surrounding you...privately or with some friends I would love your feedback. But for now Im going to take my break too and go back to enjoying this search for the devil flowers."

She got up and made her way back. She did what she could. She looked at Lenore smelling her. "Oh Hey Lenore! Being a forest creeper?" she chuckled.

"I don't 'ate you or Lee," Magnus said. "I thought what you did was amazing." He shrugged, he hadn't written either one of them off. He waved as she left.

Lee sniffed the air when he heard Charlotte say hello to Lenore, and chuckled when she called her a 'forest creeper.' "Enjoying the show, Lenore..? Do you have your snacks with you..?" he said with a laugh. He still hadn't moved, but had located Lenore.

He was happy that Charlotte was on her way back.

As Lottie came back over, Drew snapped. He couldn't help it. His emotions were shit at the moment. "Look, Lottie, I don't hate you or Lee either," he said. "But I would like to just be left alone a while. If I want to talk to you, I'll let you know. Otherwise, please just buzz off. I don't like being patronized and lectured by someone who's my peer and who doesn't know me that well and who I don't know well either." He stood up and moved further away, snapping his fingers and taking Dodger with him. Damn he wanted Fleet and some time away on his own!
