I'm so glad you're back and feeling better. Since you said that you took my advice, I believe that you are personally ready to move forward. Remember though, if you find yourself in a rut again and start feeling bad, you aren't driving backwards.. The miles that you've already driven still count, and you're still moving forward towards your destination (even if you gotta sit at a rest stop for awhile along the way).
