I over-estimate the value of what I am looking for and under-estimate the value of what the second person is looking for- I want the person I'm trading and negotiating with (in this case you) to walk away having a good deal by eating some of the cost on my end If I had said the value was 33mill, that's an additional discrepancy of 5mill of either additional items I would like from the person, or 5mill in items they would have to let go

And if you are all set I'll go ahead and set up a trade!
