Honestly the lack of grooms is keeping me from pulling on this banner. I was hoping for Groom Ephraim or Takumi, so at least I can save my orbs for now. C:

Charlotte was allways kinda terrifying in Fates so I frankly think her look is kinda accurate. XD I think of the "Bridezilla" song in my head whenever I think of Bride Charlotte now.

My roster has a Florina problem right now --;, I know she's good skill inheratence material but I may need to cut down on one as I don't have a unit that needs her that I can think of.

I have a feeling our next GHB is either going to be Camus or a repeat of Machilias (typo) unless we have someone new again like in the case of Lloyd. Too early for a Zephel repeat I think.

Edit: and looked online just now and it seems Camus IS annouced this month so maybe next week or earlyer

Yesss Camus was announced early June a couple of months back, when all the GHBs were lined up (because all of them were found in a datamine). So after that it'll be a mystery! Exciting stuff. :P Michalis will come soon after, I'd imagine, but after that it's an open book.

Darting Blow 3 is good but I can't think of many units who want it the most; most people seem to opt for Fury over it. I dunno. It is a good budget option, if you have lots of Florina laying around.

I just finished leveling Gunter and apparently I have 44 units at level 40, lolz. Whoooo to train next hm.

x_x wish I had enough feathers to get Narcian to 4* ( just 100 shy as I did end up sending a Florina home....--; I have 2 4* spares for fodder so the 3* spare probably won't be missed) since it seems he might be the prefect counter for Camus, though it'll depend on the other units with him.

.....I'll DEFANTLY avoid useing Ike unless the other units show otherwise, Camus will probably OHKO him.

I'm actually thinking about inheriting Darting Blow 3 onto my Nino now, haha. I don't have Fury 3 fodder handy and she doesn't feel like a top priority in my roster, so I don't really have anything to lose. And apparently I have three Florinas to burn.

Hey, at least they all have some inheritance potential! That's what, Quick Riposte/Bonfire/Reposition/Life and Death/Hone Attack/Poison Strike (okay this one is a stretch but it is handy on a decent Firesweep/chip damage specialist, like Setsuna).

But yeah, new units would be so welcome. I just did a look through the list and I have every available 3* unit bar Gwendolyn and Tiki. That's kind of crazy for a f2p.

I'm still not entirely sure about inheritance and who to keep and who to not keep (must read up more!) but I realized today when I pulled just to see who I'd get that I'm totally a sucker for looks.

Pulled a four star Soren today and was all WELL HELLO THERE BAE.

tbh I feel like most characters offer something. I've shared these with already, but this girl has done a couple of Youtube videos on which greens and reds to keep which can give you an idea of who is valuable, at least. I haven't sent anyone home yet and find arena supplies me with enough feathers, but my barracks are floating around 180 - 190 units so it's good to have an idea.

I ended up sending home one Florina and a Lanslow ( I have 2-3 spares and no one planed to use Lanslow on) and got Narcian to 4*. He's still got abit to level though, I have a feeling Camus will come in 30 or 35 and 40 versions and Nacrian is only lv22 I think ( used crystals to give him a boost)

I have 3 spare Hinata ( though one will be given to Lloyd) and two spare Florina so I think I'm good on fury and darting blow for now XD.

I kinda went alittle out of my comfort zone in the area yesterday, went with a almost all lv20 team of Corrin F, Lloyd, Narcian and Serra.....though with Serra being lv1 after her promote it didn't go well for her. I need to double check on her IVs but she's either got the best or not bad ones ( as in the boon/bane don't nail her much). Still tempted to keep her regardless >_> even if I get a better one. She got the most kills with Lloyd which makes me thing there's some potental there.

Good to know. Right now I've got a couple of one and two stars from the daily "win these peeps" but I've basically been feeding them back to their three or four star duplicates, if I have them already. I basically have no strategy. But then, I'm still leveling up my main team(s) so I think I have time to learn.

I think I'm going to end up being a collector as well - I want all of them, precious. ALL OF THEM.

Well that is true. Silver linings and all that! I did actually put a poison strike on a Cecelia I was using when she was a quest focus and I was training her up. It was handy, but probably not the best decision I ever made. And I got sick of looking at all of the Robins so I sent a couple home but I hear Bonfire is good on Xander so now that the next round of quests is out I will focus on training up some of my fodder to 4* and feeding them to some of my rarer units.

Decided to go for it with the bride banner and see if I could get a Cordelia or Lyn. I ended up with 3 red orbs, a blue and a colourless. Not the best but I was excited about the Hinata/Lon'qu potential. I ended up with Laslow, Draug, Olivia, Clarine and Florina. That takes my Olivia count to 4, but apparently I also have many Laslows and Draug. I guess I need to figure out who to give Axebreaker to XD

Ohhh lame pulls. D: I'm still not sure if I wanna try for Cordelia haha, I think I'm gonna wait and see and maybe pull near the end date once we see what new banners bring.

And yeah, Bonfire is ace. Xander is a fantastic user with 37 base defence at 5*. The benchmarks tend to be 50 attack for Draconic Aura, 30 def for Bonfire and 30 res for Iceberg and otherwise Moonbow (Luna on brave users). I did give Iceberg to my Anna though, who sits at 28 res, as tbh I had a bunch of Niles I wanted to burn and Fury will eventually push her up slightly, too. I actually kind of prefer the former over Moonbow, anyway, because the fixed damage can help clean up even without colour advantage.

Reading online and everyone's mentioning Nino, Nino, Nino to deal with Camus or some other green mage.......am I the ONLY one who thinks Narcian with his Emerald Ax and Lancebreaker might deal with him? Granted I have a Boey I could speed level but he's got bad IVs and naturally I'm afraid a lower star version of him ( if there is one now with that banner gone unless they left him as a 5* exclusive) being better and putting all that hard work to shame.

I know right? Talk about underwhelming. I took the plunge and put Bonfire and Quick Riposte on Xander and wow, what a difference!

I beat Hard and Lunatic Camus with Takumi, Linde, Roy and Hector. I used Hector as bait to draw out Camus because he could withstand the hits, and then Linde to finish him off. I have Takumi with Reposition to move Linde out of danger and then Roy (with Triangle-adept) Hector and Takumi finished off the rest of map. Not a Nino in sight! It ended up being one of the easier GHB for me in the end.

I don't have a Hector is the issue :p, every time I see or hear Hector being mentioned I get jellous.

I have powerhouses of other colors ( My team has Ike, Rienhardt and Takumi after all) but greens I only have a 5* Fredrick with I guess ok IVs ( basicly the Boon/Bane doesn't help or hinder him I think) and a bad IVed Boey ( -atk....bleh...)

Hahah I... used Nino. She was my first thought when I saw the map tbh. My winning team was Nino, Hector, Eirika and Azura. Don't remember exactly what I did, but Hector baited them in the bottom left and they just kinda swarmed in from there. Used Nino to draw back Hector and let Eirika get in there and finish the job. Only took me a couple of attempts!

I have 3 Ninos but all are lv1 and I need to look over BOTH their IVs and what boon/bane is suggested offten in her builds ( this is how I've checked what IVs a unit needs lately), so she's a last resort for the map. I may try a team of Ike, Narcian, Rienhardt and maybe Tharja first, then try a combination of that and Olivia, Serra, or Effie if that fails.

I am going to pull from the banner though, I know I have Rienhardt but I wouldn't mind Olwin if she's pulled and I don't have any of the units besides Fae ( and I wouldn't mind a 5*). Perference wise, Jaffar IS tempting with Tiki not far behind ( if it's young Tiki, though a 5* adult Tiki with good IVs will save my sanity)

Edit: and pulls from the banner, 3* Gaius, 4* Felicia, 3* Fir ( I'm actually happy to see her as I don't have her), 4* Caeda, 4* Clair, 4* Priscilla, 5* Jaffar ( YEESSS), and 3* Hana.

Yaaaaaaaaaas just finished the arena this week, managed to get a deathless run and scored 4,800 points exactly which boosts me up to tier 18 next week. I'm around rank 3,000 at the moment. Had to use three dueling swords yesterday, with a couple of silly mistakes thrown in the mix. Looking forward to my 4 orbs and 1,800 feather tier rewards. Not looking forward to the competition next week haha!

Rank 18 is impressive, congrats! After being stuck at rank 15 for a few weeks, I've finally moved up to 16 this week. I hope I can at least maintain myself in that rank!

I'm getting really excited for the new event! And maybeeee a little excited for Masked Marth too. I'll definitely not complain with a free (well, kind of) Falchion user! I really hope I can at least get the 4* version. It seems like that even 5* will be doable with a bit of grinding though! I know what I'm spending my stamina on for the next two weeks haha ;)

Thanks! I was pretty happy with that run. I missed promotion one week but I kind of didn't want to go up, as the top end is very competitive and I'd be certain to drop down. The rewards at the top end are very clustered, anyway, and you'll get 1.5 - 2k feathers regardless.

And yes I am so ready to splurge all my stamina on the new event! :D I've almost finished the June quests and levelled Camus to 40 (just have a few Ninth Stratum left to do) so I'm ready to dedicate! Marth has the same base stats as Lucina, allegedly (fancy that...) which is cool. I did pull a Lucina but she's nothing special IV-wise, so I'm not gonna say no to a free copy!

Ugh I can see why people end up spending money on this game. I used over 50 orbs on this new summon because all four of them would be chars I'd like to have, and what do I get? A whole bunch of 3's and 4's who aren't any of the people I wanted.

I hate my luck.

Is it worth trying the Tempest thing if I have a team of level 30 mages? It's pretty much all I have at the moment.
