Decided to spend my last 80 orbs on the distant counter abilities banner. I got Ike. (5 red orb circle ugh) WHY HECOTR?? Why won't you come home! Ike is +spd -HP which is good I suppose, but uuuuuuugh. Hector Why??

I think my excitement for Flier Emblem would be higher if I had Hinoka or NYAzura (aka Hone fliers) STILL haven't managed ANY of the GHB with fliers.

I'm running Flier Emblem for my TT team (Hinoka, Airzura, Elincia and Gerome) - actually works pretty well until I get to Grima, he kills everyone.

Got to Tier 18 in the arena, I think that's the highest I've ever been, I normally linger in the the 16-17 bracket.

Still no ChromE for me :/ In addition to my stupid Ogma I am now plus an extra Elincia (hello Flier Formation) and a Mia (new pull). Not bad but imo red hell is as bad as colourless hell.

Not sure how I feel about the new seasonal units - Catria I think is my fav art wise. Kagero was a surprise, and I love cuboon's art but her attack pose is a bit much. If I end up by some miracle summoning her I'll have to play with the animations off.

yeah, shared focus is such a risk ><;; i think i'm gonna wait until the very end of the banner to roll, so i have time to decide if i really want this alfonse, ;w; and that makes sense! i know the ai likes to prioritize movement skills like reposition but i hadn't realized it basically... just likes assist skills lmao. (i guess i don't notice since i hardly ever use rally skills, etc) that's a pretty good trick for setting up a healbot o:

Based on my record trying to get Hector focused, I feel like you are right, I'm more likely to get him as a pity breaker, so maybe I will have to pull for Alphonse/Sharnena. OTL TBH, I don't think there's any other green unit I've actively pulled for; I think most my green 5*s (that I pulled and not feathered/got for free), are Hector Pity Breakers. Amelia pity broke me twice for Hector. OTL And then there's all the non-green Hector Pity breakers, Ike; Lyn, Sanaki, Effie, Azura, Jakob, Sakura, Fjorm, Eliwood.

Lol, I was lamenting earlier that AB against Grima is so dumb, cus the AI ALWAYS attacks if it can (and there's nothing else it can do, ie. green/assist skills) and attacking Grima is suicide, you need to let him attack you, and the AI just doesn't get that.

lol. yup, but don't put on too many reposition units, they'll just stand there repositioning themselves over and over (or Pivot reposition, which is worse). I hit an ardent sacrifice/reciprocal aid loop once too.

- I was pretty excited to see them in there too a bit sad that Anna didn't get to join them (I mean, really, she ought to be on EVERY banner, being the one character that shows up in practically every FE game) After this banner you can have all green Askr Trio, maybe the next one will be red tome Anna and sword sharena to make red askr, and then we can get another banner with just anna and alfonse (christmas banner!) and they could be both blue, and could ahev blue askr! Then we would need a banner with all of them colourless, archer alfonse, dagger anna, and healer sharena for colourless askr! w00! All the askr! (except I really just want weapon refine options for their original units...)

I found a chance to attempt the Rival Domains last night and this week is... tough. I beat all but Infernal by a hair. Armour bonus units are so much trickier than infantry but now I kinda get how scoring works it should be easier, as I can maybe mix horses in to take the enemy bases while the armours defeat the foes. Hopefully I can connect to airport wifi later and give Infernal a few tries haha.

And I'm up to 56k in the TT so I'm feeling a lot safer, with 35k guaranteed from the bonuses. Linde capped on HM again so I subbed her in for carbon copy Tailtiu (only difference is Hone Speed vs Drive Speed haha) and B!Cordelia is closing in so got subbed out for Felicia who is... still kinda weak with her refine hm. M!Morgan has kinda become the main bruiser of my team now. Still, managing to clear Infernal every time with 'em. Only thing I need is a charged Dragon Fang on Morgan - coupled with Desperation he can burst down Grima, which is sweet. Otherwise I have to sac one of my units.

- Traveling? Having to rely on free wifi sucks :( This weeks rival domain gave me some trouble too. I finally managed to actually take out the enemy fortress though, after like 20 tries. Glad it doesn't take stamina.

Sacking units in TT I don't ahve a problem with, especially on the final map. It doesn't affect the score at all. lol. Sigurd with res tactic buff and support buff from L'arachel can usually take a hit or two from him, but only if I actually play and don't AB. Grima screws up AB AI real good. I think I've gotten full points on the second highest level using AB only once this TT. I try to use units who need the SP more than the HM for TT cus it's a great way to get SP.

Haha yeah I'm travelling for the next 4 - 5 months! The wifi has been... intermittent thus far but I could reliably get it from the bed at the last place we stayed which was a blessing haha. I managed to do the Infernal map first try earlier with about 30 points to spare. I maxed out on bonus kills and captured the right hand camp, which sufficed in the end. My horses went left and kinda floundered but they didn't seem interested in attacking in that direction so eh.

And yeah I'm happy to let them die on the final map and Grima isn't too hard to kite around as he's the only unit on the map with 1 movement, so I can usually save him til last if necessary. Felicia actually combos nicely with M!Morgan as her debuff allows him to finish Grima easily, special or not.

And omg summoning in this game is so frustrating, why is it the worst part of the game? Got pity broken by regular Kagero, Sothe and then Jakob in quick succession (first two got merged, Jakob sits on the bench with my other level 1 Jakob...) before going all the way up to 5% and, thankfully, scoring S!Kagero. She's +Def -Res but was super worried she was -Spd, so slightly relieved. I pulled the rest of the circle and got trash haha. So happy I pulled her in the end. Now below 100 orbs for like... the first time since launch whoops. No more pulls for Thomas.

I got Catria and a 4* M!Morgan (didn't think he would get demoted!) within 35 orbs today! She wasn't the one I wanted the most, but I'm just glad I quickly got a focus in not too much orbs haha. Still have 105 orbs so I probably will spend a few for the Legendary banner and I might give the Spring banner another try later!

Now I wonder if I should train Morgan and promote him to 5* for the TT? He has meh IV (+Def/-Hp), but a prf tome that could be useful for dealing with Grima, something my team has trouble with. (I do A speed, B survival usually) I have almost 70k though and with a week left, I could just do the bonus battles every day and it should be enough to reach 100k so I don't know if it would be that useful.

- Congrats on getting her. See if it were me with 100 orbs I would have spent all 100 without a single 5* and THEN gotten pity broken by Jakob. So I feel your frustration. I've only got 40 orbs at the moment cus I was trying to get Hector, and 80 orbs later ended up with Ike. So yeah, I hate summoning. If there was a spend 50 orbs and get the one unit you want option, I'd probably go for that every time. (granted, I'd probably have many fewer 5*s and no skill fodder units if they did that, but my competitive game is pretty sad anyway, I just want to collect!)

i thought i'd saved a +atk fred but i guess not -- the last two are neutral and +hp/-res, which is... what he is now. oh well! just gotta get to 22k feathers and then he'll be 40+10! :3

i'm hoping that we get a bridal anna, and a full summer askr banner, since anna was the driving force for the bridal paralogue and ended the summer paralogues with trying to take beach photos of the order :y

tbh i'm a little afraid to roll on the spring banner! my luck was clearly turning at the end of the branded king banner, ><; my own fault for wanting to break my pity rate instead of just stopping, but i was really hoping for one more morgan (or chrom, but at this point i don't think he exists).

Well I now have 0 orbs, and it took a 4.5% summon rate but I now have OG Leo. He's -def and +res and I know he's not the best unit but he was the only Fates Royal I was missing and I didn't have a red tome cav.

I think I got a free Felicia on my spring summon.

Really not enjoying pulling at the moment, I seem to have really bad luck at the moment. Might be time to take stock and just focus on the units I have. (Seriously if I see another Draug, Palla or Caeda I might just hit something)

I loved the paralogue - really nice to see them address it, and lots of reference to Tagels :3

- Yes, but no Taguel on the banner :( I like Alphonse in the paralogue, Spring Alphonse was being such a good sport and humoring his sister. It was cute.

I keep telling myself soon for Taguels. Soon. (Fairly sure that Chrome is a myth. That banner was a nightmare).

OG Leo is coming along, but he's going to need some serious investment.

Really slacking on the TT this time around but nearly at 40,000. The new earth garden reward was great (although I hate that map) and I managed to finish off the Ninian/Hawkeye battle on infernal, and complete the quests without too much trouble.

Tap battle has also been quite a nice distraction too, the way the whitewings appear on the Minerva boss fight is on hard is quite cute.

Currently on 43 orbs, from quests etc. Slowly creeping back up and really, really hoping that there is nothing on the upcoming banners that tempts me (still have not pulled on the Spring banner beyond my free pull. Am proud of myself!)

- I hope so. And maybe some laguz too. Manaketes are nice, but dragon emblem getting too OP, wants some other beasties.

Horse emblem for N&H GHB was kind of a joke. Ursula just nukes the zanbato and horse slayer guys. I did use a strat to get the Anna and Alphose ones though, glad someone else comes up with these strats, I never would have thought of purposefully activating hawkeye's WoM to get him away from Ninian.

Haha I had three attempts at cavalry this morning and couldn't do it! I used Lyn to take out Hawkeye then tried to get Sigurd to tank but he kills the red cav them gets killed by the danced blue cav. Maybs I could get Eph to tank or something.

Edit: replaced Cecilia with Xander. Parked him on the right and had to remove QR2, as otherwise he killed the green tome and Ninian would dance the blue cav instead, killing Xander. Was pretty easy from there.

- It worked just fine when I used QR Xander. I had Cecilia Bait Hawkeye for Ninian to dance to instead. (that was literally her entire role on the team) Then Xander took out Hawkeye, Ursula took out the two cavaliers, and Titania tanked Ninian. Wait, no Cecelia did have to do like 4 damage to Hawkeye cus Xander couldn't fully kill him.

News Flash! New Legendary Banner... Colourless dragon Legendary is.... another Grima. IDGI. They had better options than making another damn Grima. Was really hoping for Corrin/Kana. :(

Really underwhelmed with the new Grima, feels like she should have been on the banner a few weeks ago, or a GHB, rather than legendary. Her skills are ridiculous though, in-build DC, souped up Iotes shield and cancel affinity :/ feel like it should have been Naga, Duma or Mila rather than other Grima.

I have 65 orbs saved up so I am going to try and resist the urge to pull, maybe try again for Ephraim when he reappears. (Got a free Stahl from my summon on the miracle banner)

bit late for this but re/ninian and hawkeye bhb, camus is mvp. i gave him my close def seal and he tanked hits like a champ, opening the way for the cleanup crew. grani's shield seal when, intsys?

i'm not... too mad about another grima, but i wish she was in the general pool and not locked to these short banners x: i keep telling myself not to pull on this one, 'cause even though i would be happy with anyone in the red or colorless pools... it's not worth the heartbreak lmao. maybe i'll do the first full roll, but def not doing more than that. (i also wish they'd use other robin designs, but at this point we're stuck with white hair i guess.)

Yeah I'm bummed about F!Grima too, and it's more annoying that colourless is such a great colour to pull this time around. Like I could take Ike as a legendary hero but Grima...? And why is she colourless? Don't get it, don't care for it. I ended up with a stack of blues and greens for my freebie and got a 3* Sully so :x more saving for me.

And doh, I always forget about Camus' anti-cav skill.
