I didn't get an alert :o! Which group was it for?

Mhhm, not sure. I was able to search for the group and it said I could request to join. I'll make a note for a programmer to take a look into it.

Could you please tell me what exact settings your group has? Is it set to "Invite Only" ?

Could you try sending me an invite?

What I did to test this, was I made a new forum group set to Invite Only, and invited my test account. I didn't get the first invite, so I sent a second one, but I got an event for the second one. So... I'm still investigating what exactly causes it to fail sometimes.

I think it may have been an issue with the events cache not clearing every time. I just pushed a fix. I'd love if you and could check again since it failed for you last time :)
