I would absolutely adore this because I'm so picky about numbers. I'm fine with just being able to change the day and the month, although the year would be rather awesome too.

You could simply remove the 'Legacy' mention on pets who have their birthday altered through the new feature as happens now when they are adopted out. The ID could remain unchanged. It's all about the visual date for me.

It bothers me so much when I view one of my one pets and I see that horrid birthdate. It's not like I could afford to wait for the perfect day to create them because that would have probably meant the loss of the name availability. I know many people probably don't even care or hide these stats but for me it would be such a breather.

There is actual stress caused by this particular nitpicking on my end. Please save me and get rid of my issues by letting us change their birthdate to a date of our choosing. It's not like they would rise in 'value' for anything but their owner and they would become more true to the associated character.

The idea is neat and all but I don't see why bother when you could just edit your pet's profile to hide the birth/adoption dates and Code in a "character birthday".. on top of that, it's a Creation Date, not a "birthdate", and having a pet's "creation" date be changeable just doesn't make sense since it's a piece of pet data, almost just for Information's sake, not something that's meant to be a major piece for Characters.

If the feature came along, I'd likely use it if it's in a reasonable price range, but I know what I'll do for my characterized pets with or without it, for my case.

i would still pay many of the currencies for an option similar to this, esp since i am more or less stalking the pound from now until next march bc i don't want to hide the real birthday and have a line in the pet description, i want /that birthday/
